So Finance

Your friend who helps you study Finance.
Hello! I am Arshjot Kaur and I have created So Finance (School of Finance) as a medium to make every topic and subject related to Finance a lot easier for students as well as layman. Finance is that field which is still considered as a niche meant for academic achievers because it is wrongly perceived as tough. This perception is because our education system sometimes fails to focus on the importance of understanding concepts and rather focuses on just formulas. Thorough understanding of concepts is the foundation on which lies a strong basis for learning finance.
Now, a few things about me.
I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration with Finance as my Majors. I also have a diploma in Security Analysis and Portfolio Management under my name.
Teaching has always been my passion and I believe that if one seeks knowledge, he shouldn't be charged for that.

Aise risk ko hedge kaise kar sakte hai ?
By maintaining a diversified portfolio or by using options!☺️
@@sofinance22 options can be risky. Do you have a detailed video about how to use options for hedging? Does this concept apply in mutual funds too?
🥲🥺

Single Premium Price? I am unaware of such concept. But are you talking about option pricing? If so, then option is usually priced using the Black Scholes model.

Use Binomial
India mein black scholes formula use hota hai option ka fair price nikalne ke liye Jisey black scholes formula ata hai wo option ka premium calculate kar sakta hai
@@das.abhisek ,India main kya kanhi bhi black schole use nai hota hai now Binomial use hota Binomial model mil jayega Bt dono model main rho important hai And basic of Mrkt won't change Like app particular option knyo buy kr rhe hain particular expire ka kya hai uss date main khass ??? Tab theorum Kam karega
Well explained!!

I have also created a separate playlist named as “option series” so that it becomes easy to find all the parts😊
मैडम जी beata तो सुना था यह तीता क्या है. मुश्किल है शेयर मार्केट.
Theta is a measure of time decay. It is one of the four major option greeks. Share market is quite easy. Once you get comfortable with shares, only then consider getting into options!
मैडम ROE क्या होता है
ROE is nothing but Return on Equity. It is the return which the shareholders get and hence the formula for the same is Profit after tax/Shareholder’s fund.
Use original voice only
Okay sure!😄
Can we collab??

Are paglee debt to gdp ratio is now 53 percent.. Please do not mislead..
I don’t know from where you got 53% (I think you’re looking at Central Government debt only, whereas I am talking about TOTAL DEBT) but please check the IMF website for the correct figures. The last recorded debt to GDP ratio is around 82% only!
Thanks...the easiest words to understand the concept😊
You’re welcome! Glad that I could help! ☺️🙏🏻

This we learn in Project Management, we have to calculate Net Present Value of project 1 and project 2 but I think the boss should give the PV factor.
Yes! NPV is one of the capital budgeting techniques which takes into account the time value of money!💯 Other such techniques are IRR, PI and discounted payback.
Really?? Academic knowledge😂novice
You won’t be laughing if your portfolio gets hit by such an event. No one was prepared for 2008 Global Financial Crisis and hence everyone faced their share of financial woes. Understand the risks first. You may find this academic or theoretical knowledge. But this is what happens in reality as well!
@@sofinance22 darling, why are you keep statement on investor point of view. Think also about trader's mindset. Investors make money in upside market and trader u know very well. Hope you grasped my thought process
@@sofinance22 if you maintain proper capital management and perceive clearly about market psychology and behavior, damn surely speak you risk is nothing just fear of losses
@@bibhudatta1842 yes! You got it right! I was talking from investor’s perspective. Traders can definitely take advantage of such opportunities.
@@bibhudatta1842 yes true! That’s what you need to continue doing in such a situation. Proper understanding of market sentiment instead of drowning in negative emotions.
thanks
You’re welcome!☺️
