I'm 34 and been sober from alcohol for 51 days. 10/29/2024. I was in the hospital for severe alcohol withdrawals after a week bender and spent 5 days in the hospital. I don't watch Bojack horseman but I can relate. I'm so glad I found this video. When I have cravings I watch this and think about the hangover and withdrawals and my cravings go away but idk what the future holds I can't guarantee sobriety 24/7 but now I don't have cravings.

I find myself relating so much to him... going through video after video of sad things. I feel like I'm falling into a dark hole again and I'm all alone..

i honestly wish i could watch bojack again for the first time...the message it displays while also being 100% relatable is really special!

I try so hard to get people to watch this show but when they start it they think it’s just another random humor adult swim cartoon like Family Guy or something and they give up. I feel bad for those who don’t witness the true greatness of this show

Listening to this and watching how it works so well altogether works, even though its meant to symbolize sadness and depression it makes me feel confident in a way. If i/you can get through the pain there's still a life that will help you through it. Thanks for this.

For the first time, I admit it. I have lost everyone who ever cared for me. Makes sense when I always chose something else instead of them. But I hate this feeling, everyone seems happy. Everyone but me, even after doing everything I wanted. Would had been better if I was like them. At least I wouldn't be alone. :) It's not loneliness that hurts, it's the realisation that you have just yourself.
