Cece, as so many members of this team demonstrated during the ‘22 NWSL Season, is possessing incredible talent. And to watch these brief videos from practice, you almost forget how intensely they are working, and the degree of difficulty that they are subjected to. To each and everyone who belongs on a team in the NWSL, I wish you many years of enjoyment, challenges and respect for being the Elite Athletes that you are. Never forget your personal value as an individual who had to overcome challenges that resulted in your becoming Elite. Or the support you received along the way when you were doubtful. Finally, don’t forget the younger girls that look up to you as the Elite player that you are, as you once did to your Heroes. What you have to share with them, will be consummately life affirming for them, as it was for you. You all will be changed for the better.
