Listened to Damon's story yesterday 12/16/2021. We were at a corporate off-site as we are building teams and culture. Absolutely an amazing story. I have my own story and could really relate to Damon. I've had mentors share pieces of his message thru my career/life - his message is true, if your humble/kind and seek to be of value to others a successful life will come to you in time. Life is all about helping and growing others. Wishing you much continued success Sir... (i was the tattooed guy :) )

Holy shit! What a throw. It's too bad a freak accident derailed Damon's college football career. Anyone who reads this comment ought to check out Damon's website (DAMONWEST.ORG). The man is simply amazing!! He is inspiring others and transforming lives.
I met Damon MANY years ago when he was still engulfed in criminal activities. He has come a LONG LONG way since being released from prison. Definitely an awesome role model.
