At £4,995 a year our site fees represent great value for money when considering our on park facilities and 12 month season.

How much is the ground rent please
Hi @clivedanson9244 our annual site fees for this home area £4,995 per year. Do also note that our site fees also include; water, refuse and none-domestic rates. Most park operators invoice extra for these aspects - we don't 😉. Meaning the only extra an owner pays is for their gas and electric usage (both are metered so you are only paying for what you use) and insurance.
