Ai Mony.
Excellent Job Advocata
Fluent boster
Now CEB trade union demanding bonus stating that CEB making profits . Can you please do an analysis on this issue?
If a land was about to be sold in the past, JVPs used to protest saying “Sri Lanka is being sold to westerners”. I wonder what they would say to foreign investments now. Idiocy of JVPs is, they want foreign investors to come. But they see foreign investments as more of a foreign charity where the investor gains nothing but giving only.
Much interesting material from Advocata. Thanks very much. But….,, While competitive bidding is essential, especially in public enterprises, in this case there would be no impact on the savings of the public even if there was such competitive bidding as the total of the losses of the two public enterprises (which are said to be funded by the state owned banks) would have been the same. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Amazing work! Keep it up 👏🏻
Continue the good work

US law is a good benchmark she says! They can't even put Trump behind bars. China may be a better benchmark. They send people overseas to beat up and kidnap corrupt people who have escaped.
Anti-corruption will always be several steps behind corruption. Basically the end result is privatising profits and socialising losses. Naive people believe the corrupt money taken can be returned. Dream on. Getting rich in poor countries is much easier than in rich countries. This theory will not work. A convicted felon is the President elect of USA. He is a master of corruption. Sign your mutual agreements with the US legal authorities after Trump comes to power.🤒
Please correct it as monkey menace
Excellent programme Thank you My humble request is whether you could arrange a similar one as to what measures or actions could be taken to eradicate money menace so that we could save millions of coconuts and fruits as well
Please correct it monkey menace
I came to know about Mr. T.raja during time he was a chairman at NDb. So thank you very much your conversations and valuable information to the country. 👍
මේ එන්නේ කුමටද කියා හීතා පල්ලා,
Firstly, the government needs to remove army camps from the North and East to prevent the appropriation of land from local communities and to halt military involvement in business activities such as farming and retail, which unfairly compete with local businesses while military personnel are already salaried by taxpayers. Without these changes, investment commitment will remain limited. It’s clear why resources in these areas remain untapped and why the diaspora chooses to invest in South India rather than in the North and East. If the 13th Amendment is fully implemented, it will significantly improve the country's GDP.
You will have to consult Ranil Wickremesinghe is the master of protecting the most corrupted politicians of the country.
Poonaryn having white sand beach is hidden in the jungle and we got to know that its a warm beach, Its a shallow one , its suit for mega tourists project, super private beach❤❤❤❤❤
Mr Thiagarajah...its really insightful conversation with datas. We need to come out of convetional style of leading....Thank you.

Great program. Please try to bring in somebody who is very keen in numbers of the global market in Apparel Industry and discuss what gaps we have and what we could do to enhance the Apparel business in Sri Lanka as we see there is huge potential and opportunity at the moment in the global market specially due to the ongoing conflicts having in some of the countries ( Large scale Manufacturing Untis)
Someone talking from paper. First law and order was not there. Army should be removed. No guarantee for the investment

Please don't try yo take TAMILS. For. A. ride.and don't think. That TAMILS are bloody. Stupids to accept all these Nonsense
Srilankans.sinhalese..Government must stop all. Discretionary against..tamilsand . They must. Come out from their Unacceptable cruelties AGAINST TAMILS
One thing nothing can be achieved without accepting the independence of the TAMILS which. Was.lost by .the .British Rulers since 1948 February 4th .. .... .so .first..make sure TAMILS GRIEVANCE is Selfdetermination with SOVEREIGNTY .is granted to tamols
th-cam.com/video/XIo22G2U38Q/w-d-xo.html
When we achieve real economic growth , sure you guys are no longer there to demand so called Tamil's freedom . Such idiology only has lost inmocent tamils rights ...they have been largely responsible for that. The development there ,that had before the war , was because of south peoples tax ,i woud say.
So நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் சேர்ந்து தமிழ் மக்களின் காதில் பூ சுத்தப் போகிறீர்கள் என்று தெரிகிறது 😂 NO காணி RIGHTS OR INDO/JAFFNA மீனவர்கள் பிரச்சினை?? You know PPP ? TELL US ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES??# எங்களை அளிப்பதற்கு கடன் வாங்கிய அரசுக்கு மீள் கட்டுமான வேலைக்கு காசு இல்லையாம் 😂😂
th-cam.com/video/XIo22G2U38Q/w-d-xo.html
Hope, AKD Govt will certainly take note on this and support these ideas !
Very good discussion by both experts ! Little more discussion on travel and tourism, such as beautiful beaches, hospitality trade, water sports & temples, etc will be good. Thanks again for such a wonderful discussion !
th-cam.com/video/XIo22G2U38Q/w-d-xo.html
very constructive discussion and the people in the North have to reinforce to change their mindset towards these practices. And also, from the duty bearers' side.
I just visited Jaffna. Lots of scope for development. I agree the opportunity for renewal energy is very promising, must tap Indian tourists and business.
Dear Mr. Thiyagargh, Great program and very interesting. Hope present government will implement this plan and make it better for the future generations.
An excellent discussion and many insights from Mr. Rajendra. My understanding is people in North should be supported with infrastructure specifically electricity, water and access to markets through rail and air links effectively . Tourism potential is also very high. They will blossom themselves, such courageous people are living in Northern Province.
Super Former CEO of NDB bank ❤
PL DONT ALLOW FERTILE LANDS OF NOTHERN PROVINCE TO FILL THE FOOD BASKET OF THE RICH WEST TO EARN DOLLARS AND THEREBY UNDERMINE THE FOOD SECURITY OF SRI LANKA. CORRUPT SOUTHERN POLITICIANS HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR PETTY PERSONAL GAINS....PRAY NOTHERN POLITICIANS AND STAKEHOLDERS WONT DO THIS.....
I don't see other part of the world like sri lanka they are black hole of currupt people beginning with politicians. No proper functioning administration from municipal level to top administration. Municipal administrations are most reckless having said that cities cattles roams, rivers and sea belt are polluted by the residence diverting sewage, the people throwing garbage on roads edge of paddy fields, still people faeces in river bunk coastal belt. What the hell municipality for this is there job to maintain and catch and punish wrong doers. Unless fix these problems country never going forward
👍
good
An insightful, excellent discussion. Thank you, Dana
Great program
Excellent interview must view
nice
Excellent, fruitful discussion.Encouragement for the expat investors.
Good discussion we should not limited it to diaspora why not people from south can invest in North. We should get away from ethinic barriers to private investment. We can create a good world with good national mindsets
Upali if you listen to the initial part of the interview , I mention and stress the opportunity for inter -provincial cooperation to improve understanding as well as make fuller utilization of the resources across the country 😊
Thanks for the observation
Already Amy is involved in illegal business activities, such as farming and retail, which are already paid for by the taxpayers. This has to stop. It will create false economic growth in the North and the East.
BTW very good interview and interesting information about what’s happening in the north east of the country
The new govt should remove the high charges of dual citizenship from all Sri Lankans having overseas. Of course there should be vetting from the country of residence to attract the right persons
Bullshit 😂
th-cam.com/video/XIo22G2U38Q/w-d-xo.html
This is a very important and excellent interview. Hope these recommendations and suggestions are implemented by the new AKD government. It looks like AKD government is also suggesting similar improvements and aligning with such policies in SL. Hope everyone join the bandwagon to develop SL into another level without alienating entrepreneurs willing to support this process.
