Dont hassle for this monkey bc this is the monster has smallest opening to attack, use trap to limit it action When enrage (glow yellow) use vile trap and vise versa, and if you ask why th-cam.com/video/x_dAVF9cyhA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=JRtDm-wq0H1G_KMs
One more tip, bring extra materials to create more trap and try to deal much damage possible bc trap will lose effectiveness each time you use, btw happy hunting hunter don't make this monke make you mad🎉🎉

Wouldn't this challenge actually be more difficult on hard mode, since the curse of frailty one shots you no matter what, the only thing lethal mode is doing is giving you the damage boost, right?
Yes, you're right, I believe. I didn't really consider that fact until already a few duels into the challenge, so I just decided to continue on lethal anyway, since I was having fun and it was difficult enough as is! If I ever decide to re-do the challenge or something similar that's definitely something I would want to change, though.

Yea it definitely took me quite a few tries (especially on the harder fights later on) but I really like the combat so I didn't mind too much lol

@@NightSentinel8432 Close! More specifically: Pride Mail β+ Fell Shroud Braces β+ Zorah Spine β+ Damascus Greaves β+ Pretty impressive knowing most of them, though! It's a bunch of random gear that I managed to make look good haha Also, in case you were wondering about the armor set I used for the Kirin fight, it's the seasonal Demonlord set.
