Hey man, nah just taken a step back for the moment. Still been posting on my Instagram @lukechesterman. Looking to get back to posting soon
@@lukechesterman Oh ok. It had just occurred to me I hadn't seen a notification in a while. Good luck with whatever you're doing.
@@travv88 Appreciate the support Travv!
Hello man, I want to get better. It's so depressing being average in todays world - and I've had enough to be honest. I went for a early morning walk today and stuck to good healthy habits and steered away from bad habits. It was a relatively good day but I was physically and mentally tired. Also I found I ended up scrolling a lot more on social media. I know now that I need to replace that with a new interest - at the moment that's revision (as I'm in exams). I struggle with being too serious about it all. I get too drawn into stoicism and that sort of thing. All I really want is to be healthy and chill. Also, I get major anxiety for no reason. You may not be able to help - and that's fine. I'll consider following your account if you give advise (of some sort). Also, you've motivated me to document my life.
Good
I already do this too, except slightly different. My modes are; Personal Studies Entertainment Finance The dock; Phone Arc Search Covve (Personal CRM) Beeper (All in one messaging platform)

Cheers bro 🙏

Appreciate it bro!
such a good idea to do the more vlog raw videos, im thinking of putting a video together like that, you are showing a good example of what to do.
Im 803 follower of yours keep goin brooo
Thanks bro, appreciate it!
I don't quite agree with what you say about picking something that interests you. Its good to have an interest. But Interest develops overtime by learning more about what you didn't know about. By knowing more about something you didn't like at first for example, you can widen your perspective and that helps you make connections with other topics(that you might like more). Therefore you might end up loving something you didn't like at first at all. Learning can also be an interest by itself
Yeah that’s a very good point you make
Inspiring, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed
@@lukechesterman Have you read anything by William Zinsser by any chance? I'm about to dig into his work on the same topic...

Why do every Carnivore go so red in skintone?
Nice man. Im a new carnivore, similar position to you, I want to gain weight not lose. This vid is relatable. Eating meat, fish and dairy. Personally i'm currently not working out intensely. Mental cognition, focus, memory is very important. The only thing about adding carbs is that you come out of ketosis, and they say the brain runs on fats much better than sugars. So I do not want to sacrifice the mental benefits for the weight gain. Do you feel adding carbs affects mental? or did you feel mental even improve when switching to a carnivore?
I usually just eat carbs before working out. Otherwise I try to avoid them since I feel more switched on what I have low carbs. I’m not too worried about actually being in ketosis.
Great results man, im trying to do something similar. You mentioned you were doing a keto carnivore diet but also mentioned sometimes eating fruit / honey / milk. How many carbs per day were you consuming?
So realistically, I’m usually sitting around 100g of carbs by the end of the day. I find that this amount works well for me and doesn’t interfere with my mental cognition.
help! does one need carbs to grow muscles?? ive been doing carnivore for 6 months and im scared that im spinning my wheels and not going anywhere with the gains. so i only ate high protein, high fat and 0 carbs
You definitely don’t need carbs to grow muscle, main thing is just eating enough total calories. With that being said, I find I can train even harder in the gym if I have some simple sugars before a workout such as honey or fruit. Potential you’re not pushing hard enough in the gym. If that’s the case, try including some fruit/honey/dates before your workouts
You definitely don't need carbs, I had been using carnivore to lose weight so I'd been eating 1800-2000 cals, I was gaining a little muscle whilst losing fat quite fast, now that I'm concentrating on gaining muscle I try to eat 3000 calories, over 200g protein, and in a few weeks I'm now up 3kg on all my lifts, gaining around 100-200g per day (no fat gain)
- How much protein i should take? 1 g of body weight or 1 g of lean body weight? - will one cheat day a week and eating cheeseburger or pizza will ruin my diet?
A general rule for protein is 1g per pound of Bodyweight but I usually eat way over that anyway from all the meat I consume. And at the end of the day, if you stick to your diet for 6/7 days each week, you’ll still see great progress
Literally the video I've been looking for! I went back to carnivore about 2 weeks back now, and I'm eating around 3000-3500 calories. Found prepping meals for the day and spacing out food so I can comfortably eat that much works. Great work on the gains man, hopefully I'll be in the same boat in a few months.
Awesome to hear bro, good luck with your bulk 💪
Ive see so many people talk about loosing weight , you are the first to talk gaining on carnivore (not keto), for that i comment to boost the algorithm
Carnivore is a form of keto 👍🏼
Thanks Adam!

Not too sure if it’s possible on android sorry

Appreciate the kind words! I’ll be sure to make some videos in the future regarding my Notion setup. It’s honestly such a useful tool.

Hey bro
I’ve been thinking of quitting for some time too. The treatment at work is horrible, I’ve been bullied, I’ve been stalked, my bosses shout at us, sometimes we don’t even have work and I have to sit on my chair doing nothing because they are always looking at me and they prefer me doing nothing that I dunno, watching a video. I just got out of college two years ago and I feel miserable. I CRAVE my freedom back, this can’t be what’s going to be of my life from now on, right? My problem is money… as always
Yeah I definitely feel you bro. There’s no easy answer to fix everything. It’s going to take a lot of hard work to change your situation but I promise you it’s worth it. My best advice is to start looking into freelance work doing something that interests you. All the best on your journey bro, you got this.
Damn my algorithm must be crazy good. This video was great!
Thanks Alex! Glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks, im really trying to wake up earlier.....but I don't feel like going to sleep if I haven't done enough work
