    Thanks for your very informative video Some videos suggest to avoid dairy products and calcium supplements. What are "plant-based milks"? Aim for 1,200 mg of calcium per day. How do I measure that? Milligram = one thousandth of a gram. So that is 1.2 grams? Just "drink your milk", and eat a lot of leafy-greens to be safe. Also get your vit D from sunlight, weather permitting. Oats have phytic acid. Phytates: Phytic acid is a substance found in many plant-based foods as a pesticide to resist being eaten by animals and insects. It is also called inositol hexaphosphate and IP6. This acid is the primary way phosphorus is stored in many plants, including beans, seeds, and nuts. When phytic acid is consumed, it binds to other minerals to create phytates. When you eat foods high in phytic acid, the molecules bind with certain minerals in your digestive tract, including Calcium, Magnesium, Iron Zinc, Chromium and Manganese. Phytates (phytic acid) in whole grains, seeds, legumes, some nuts-can decrease the absorption of iron, zinc, magnesium, and calcium. Continuous consumption of food high in phytates, may cause digestive stress-leaky gut, holes in the gut. Right kind of Magnesium Magnesium Glycinate. Avoid cheap[ supplement Mag oxide.
