    I have read about crime and poverty being a promoter of what is considered criminal activity. That is not always the case. There are people, humans who live in or experience poverty and do not resort to crime. There are people who have never experienced poverty and still do criminal activities.

    Human laws are just ruling class dictates that allow capitalists to usurp the labor power of society. They're not anything to respect at all. "What's yours" is just a social convention. It depends on agreement. People can agree to conventions that don't benefit them, or they can change conventions to benefit them. This can be done by the one, the few, the many, or the all. Oligarchic republics were the fitting of conventions to the few. This was better than a convention built for the one. But there's still better. Conventions can work for all, so long as people become aware that they currently work only for few or, at most, many. A convention that works for the many criminalizes the few.

    I need your input on my situation. HELP__! Nobody is supposed be in this situation and i am willing surrender my story to you exclusively that you could publish. What i basically am is one that is falling through a crack in the Colorado SOMB. I've been stuck in mandated cognitive behavioral 2X/wk for the past 20 years. I couldn't see my son from his ages 5-18. Throughout my time, of course, i made minor poor choices. But truly over all i told on myself for every learning experience except once in my file. I completed the state program twice and was even granted the lowest probation level available to me. Anyway I'm now getting revoked for an unapproved relationship with a woman four years older than me (55). This is the second time they are trying to violate ME TWICE for this woman whom is now about to go to trial for a Case of domestic violence harassment that my ex perpetrated on me. It's a richly detailed story about crime mismanagement, misguidance, conflicts of official interest, and maybe even some RICO violations. Help

    Please can you explain the sentence “no one is entirety good or bad” using neutralization theory. thanks

    • @meganstaub5074
      @meganstaub5074 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure… this theory doesn’t view people as inherently good or inherently bad… it views people as individuals who utilize excuses ( different forms of neutralization) to allow them to engage in behaviors they know are not correct. The neutralizations explain away the bad behavior, while still allowing the person to be, in their mind, a good person who hasn’t done anything wrong…
