Not working for me
I am also having the same problem with my hp 15s laptop. Did some google search and came across the same to partition the disk to GPT because UEFI works on GPT partition only. Besides new hp laptop models have completely discontinued old bios legacy support that's why a usb disk partition in MBR will not boot up. At this point contacting hp support team is a waste of time because they will ask you to perform troubleshooting for this issue.😅 Funny but what's there to troubleshoot to know why there's no legacy support in new hp laptops. Instead they could simply say that legacy support is discontinued.
