Have you put it back on the truck since you did the work? If so what happen
6000 miles to Alaska, and still going. No more movement at steps or in bedroom. I still see deflection in the pin box mount, but everything else seems fixed.

Did you do the upper deck frame measurements? Have you weighed your trailer? If you can’t get the lags in tight then odds are the wood is split. The wood in mine was destroyed.
One of mine did not get tight on door side. I hope the adhesive keeps it tight.
