I've been working for Delta for 25 years and even after suffering several pay cuts, bankruptcy, station closings and downsizing throughput those 25 years they do their best to always take care of us..Even through Covid we got a profit sharing check that we shared with 83K employees. I remember this commercial when I started in 1996, it is so nostalgic
I was playing Infinite flight alongside the Infinite passengers mod and chose to do a Delta flight (Ive never flown with them irl as of this comment). This song has been stuck in my head all day😂. Makes me want to fly with them
United was my favorite airline as a kid... until I flew on Delta. Now, I always fly Delta. They're definitely the best and this is coming from an aircraft mechanic who used to fly extensively.
The Adiemus commercials started in 1994.
Very good airline, I have flown transatlantic a few times with them. Did notice over the years though from the days when Bermuda II governed who could fly into London Heathrow, that Delta and a few US carriers were only allowed to serve Gatwick, then when Openskies happened they upped and left without a buy or leave, the old Delta offices in the town where I now live is now flats. Very good crew on every flight. The music was great for tgis commercial though and evoked memories of flying and wanting to fly.
@@jimbo6059 what's funny though, is that you'll still see plenty of pictures of Delta's 747-100s at Heathrow all throughout the '70s. Reason being, is because they had a joint venture interchange with PanAm, who had the authorities to fly there, but not the spare aircraft. So Delta would fly them to New York and Washington, and PanAm would fly them to Heathrow.
