Good to hear that. The variant you tested is it 4x4? Im looking in the 4x4 segment. In the budget meal category and not difficult to maintain. And parts are not hard to find. Do you think this brand and variant will fit?

It's a 4x2 but this variant of T8 is sold out na they have the T8 pro coming with a more powerful engine new interior but still manual maybe that'll come with a 4x4 system

Yes i was able to average 110km/h to clark with minimal tire noise and outside sound

Really cold during our 2 hr drive

It was good the manual was easy to learn the clutch was light and well placed. Yes even with the traditional leaf springs to save cost it was comfortable enough for a 2 hour drive from alabang to bulacan. M8ne was 5k kms demo unit so maybe it didn't have that smell. Yes it is well buily some hard plastic materials but that's normal in a car under 1m

It was fine the CVT transmission was the one having a hard time putting the power down as with all CVT'S they are great for fuel consumption i got 12 km/l but bad for using as a hauler😅

My unbiased opinion is Yes, It's good for long term onwership if you're on a budget and if you're going to daily it

and abuse it with loading it to the likit

Maintenance is an quite easy since Rapidé around Metro manila and Luzon are certified for Light to medium PMS and repairs. While Heavy PMS and repairs needs to be directed to a dealership near you like JAC alabang, santa rosa, makati and all the upcoming ones like kawit,batangas,iloilo ,and bulacan.

Spare parts are easy since they have a warehouse full of it para di ka maghihintay ng matagal

I talked to some owners that had theirs for 2+ years na and they never had a problem only thing they wanted was a decent service lounge to rest in while waiting

I averaged around 11 km per liter mostly city and highway driving from alabang to bulacan then from bulacan to clark fully loaded i averaged about 14 km per liter it is fuel-efficient same or maybe more than its competitors
