this is such a helpful quick breakdown of differences between prokaryotic vs eukaryotic transcription and translation. That said, where do you recommend going to learn most efficiently about differences between rho-dependent vs rho-independent prokaryotic termination of transcription? I understand Rho is a protein. How does the Rho protein cause the mRNA to dissociate from the transcription site? And is it true that Rho-independent transcription termination involves the RNA polymerase coming up on high GC content causing it to dissociate from the DNA template strand on which it was transcribing?

Mam why are you teaching in opposite way ? Prokaryotes uses Rho factor for termination not the Eukaryotes While eukaryotes uses introns and exons
I think she wrote in on the correct sides in the paper but you’re right the narration was opposite even I got confused 😂
