JPM was a Menace. Too hot headed sometimes, but he was absolutely fearless and driving the wheels off that thing. Everytime he stepped in that car he was ready to win it or bin it. In the early 2000s, as a german ofc i was a Schumacher fan and i "hated" JPM, but rewatching all of the V10 era now, i guess JPM, alongside Fernando are my fav drivers now. Just all in, all day everyday.

this williams in Silverstone was completely overpowered. Prost sacrifing a lot of corners trying to break through while Senna was protecting the best lines with everything he got, but in the next straight Prost was all over him again like nothing happened.

The fact that we now have this exact sound for various FW19 mods on Assetto Corsa is nothing short of incredible. One of the best sounding engines of all time imo.

I miss this engine, if I remember it's V10.

2:36 when mansell turns in the car bottoms out. Darn this goes dead straight. This car had active suspension, not like the one senna ended up driving. Its a little scary seeing this machine move. The car recalibrates in the corner unnaturally from the way a normal spring would. It dips and rises and dives and turns. Its uncanny. Totally incredible. Mansell said you had to throw it into a corner at full speed and trust the computer. This chassis just doesnt work without the active suspension. I just realized there is more clues to sennas accident in the characteristics of this car.

Irvine was the ideal Number Two. He would rarely crash the car or drive it very well. Even with Schumacher in the team, they might as well keep both cars running.

Mansell, who was strong and very aggressive, punished the William's systems more in his time, and unlocked its potential in a way that confounded his teammate.
