No riser needed?
They come with the riser built in and you can take it off but I had mine on
Would love this same setup in 10mm
man i bought one from midwest had no fkn idea it wasnt going to fit this version
Tough guy with his .22 LR 😂
This is strictly an informational video on how to install a handguard on a specific weapon, if you are looking for bigger guns that you refer to as "tough" you can check out and comment on my other videos bud.
Do the gun show have private sellers
Didn't even watch the video. Just came for the link to buy. All these handguards are sold out everywhere.
Can the rifle rail install on the pistol version?
is this legal in CA?
looks like it don’t belong on that gun imo
Came here to see how to install a handguard. Stayed for the cute bun.
Last shell just stood up straight
If yall need the tool he used a ekind tool 2mm power- T T handle hex T-key Allen wrench. I’m going to buy it because it seems like he did it with ease to take off the top two screws while in struggling to take off the two top screws it wont come off lol so imma try this tool and see if it works
Do u put back every piece or just the two screws ?
I reversed engineered MY foregrip.......
Anyone put a light on after installing this? If so, any recommendations?
How long did shipping take? Just ordered a rail, but I saw it’s back ordered
How much price sir
How much did the rail cost? Who sells it?
I like the rabbit.
Wow! Such a beautiful add on to the already beautiful HKMP5. I have this exact gun but in all black. I may get this rail.
Where you get that tool from
I got it from amazon for like 5 bucks its a 2mm hex drive i believe
Anyone know where to buy that handguard ?
I bought it on Customsmithmfg.com, its called the CSM MP5 22lr / MP5 Tri-Rail Hand Guard
Thanks so much Makes the gun look way better

Jammed 😂😂😂😂😂
It did not jam. That drum mag never has.
Looks uncomfortable to hold.
That's my impression too, but I can find few replacement/upgrade handguards for this rifle.
Installed a Kriss vertical grip after and it’s sweet. Only Like $30
Dang my o ring snapped. Oh well
You should be able to get another one for cheap i think off the HK website even
Im glad I upgraded mine but HK finally released an mlok handguard if you still want a modern one that still has the original aesthetic that’s also made out of aluminum
Are you sure about that for this model, the HK Umarex MP5 SD? The handguard design specifically for this rifle is different from all other MP5s
@@BoxxPow3r yeah it’s supposed to fit the the 22lr sd model but I’m just waiting to it to restock
@@BoxxPow3rthere is one but it’s around $170.
What are the nuts called I lost 2 and I can’t seem to find them
Oh yeah I'm definitely getting this!
Nice, solid video. How many rabbits you have? Any hamsters, mice, etc? I focus on pet mice, had a hamster before (separate, of course). Some day when I get my own house, I may try rabbits.
I have 2, they had 5 babies though😅. I re-homed them since rabbits are high maintenance. But I still have the 2 parents and one is fixed now
@@azdesertdweller5335 Nice little story. I generally have found small animals to be "rather" high maintenance but SO worth it and they deserve the best I can give. Question, I see you are in Arizona. I will move either to Phx or Yuma. I know rabbits are susceptible to warmer temps, and I know my mice (and hamster) are, too. I find at above 75F they can get uncomfortable. At about 81F they can start to have real health reactions (have experienced). Are you able to keep your house / room temps in the 70s all year around? Apologies for being off topic, but I really think the world of the little things.
Awesome! Thank you!!!
Showed us how to install without saying a single word. Subscribed.
What’s the difference between FDE and a regular ole .22 mp5 I just bought one in black and would love to have this for better grip and potential accessories.
They should be the exact same gun only different color so this will work for yours 100% 👍
Where can i buy this hand guard
I ordered it off of Custom Smith MFG's website, he has a TH-cam as well
Thanks man I appreciate it
*IMPORTANT TIP* there will be a small black silicone o-ring that goes over the barrel and slides all the way down. Mine fell out when taking the gun apart and had to figure out where it went. In the video i put the faux suppressor on without the o ring but you can see before that when im unscrewing its on there. So just make sure to put that o-ring back on before the suppressor when putting it back together. You wont get so much noise from the barrel hitting the suppressor when you slap the charging handle forward. 👍🏻
While doing this I swear I don’t have an o ring I have checked everywhere and was slow and well lit doing the swap. Maybe I just can’t find it but was wondering if you know for sure that only the fde has these or the black one as well. Thanks man
@@tommycorreia2973 They should all have them i would think as long as its rifle version, you can always order another one for cheap i think off the HK website
Someone should make that handguard retaining ring without the integrated front sight. Would be a nice piece for those of us that are using optics.
@@azdesertdweller5335what’s the tool u used man?
Can this gun kill or hurt someone
Duh
Stand in front of it and find out
Not unless you turn 3 times and throw salt over your left shoulder
definitely not able to kill someone, unless if its a headshot. but like all guns (except those with high calibers), would only injure someone if shot anywhere in the body, unless if they aren’t shot in an vital organ, major vessel, or an artery, then you would most likely die from internal bleeding and significant blood loss. however, a .22 for a revolver would just cause an injury with some bleeding if you’re lucky.
@@jim4596 it’s a question bud nothing wrong with asking one right
Love the vid! Nice clean gun sounds and also very informative! I was planning on purchasing the same gun in FDE. Does the FDE version still have a polymer upper or is it metal?
Thank you for the nice comment! All the FDE part of the gun is completely metal, feels really nice. Had to pay 550 (because of color) instead of 499 (for black) for it tho and had my local gun store order it
Thanks for the reply! Cute rabbit. Hope you make more content like this.
Should machine your cylinder and bolt then lighten up your springs a bit too
What size tool 🔧 or screw was used to open the bottom
2mm hex drive, I got it from Amazon for under 5 dollars!
@@azdesertdweller5335got link?
Where is the handgaurd from?
Custom Smith MFG he has a TH-cam channel as well
@@azdesertdweller5335 got a link ?
I wore mine out on less thay 1000 rounds. Got a cool short of it tho 😂
Did you ever tried if Romeo7 works with G33 or G43 Magnifiers ?
Just like the old West 👍
It hurts so much to do that with this gun lol
Only of you're not a cowboy yeehaw lol jp
It’s like $100 gun just buy another if the hammer gets broke or something lol
Just bought one, is it okay to shoot CBs out of it? I've heard yes and no. What is your opinion
It says in the owners manual front cover under specs 22LR INCLUDES 22LR. 22 LONG. 22SHORT. 22CB. (IN CAP,SHORT,LONG AND LONG RIFLE LENGTHS) 22BB (IN CAP ,SHORT ,LONG LENGTHS AND 22WMR
@@billys4625 thanks! I'm one that never reads manuals or instructions. The guys at academy sports told me it wasn't recommended
@@jonkaylor7483 my grandfather was like that step one buy the gun step 2 throw away the factory box step 3 owners manual was either thrown away or put in a dresser drawer never to look for it again lol
Fanning the "trigger"? lmao!
Fanfiring. An old technique mostly used at shooting shows but useful in some cqc situations with a revolver using a single action trigger. Its not precise but it is minute of enemy accurate within 15 yards or so, depending on the hand using the technique.
Holy shit that was so rapid I lost count
can you count to 6?
I needed to know if it was possible with this revolver and clearly yes. Not the best for springs but hey it's fun and springs are like $4
I love mine 22 lr , the same grip ( flag ) carry on cowboy 👌👍
fuck you i have tinnitus now
