Savannah Lakes Village is home to the Tara and Monticello golf courses, two lakefront 18-hole courses situated on the banks of Lake Thurmond in McCormick, South Carolina. The temperate weather in the area gives the opportunity for year-round golf, a privilege that is heartily enjoyed by property owners who make their home here. We like to say we are member-focused, but guests are welcome. But things are different the first week of April - we flip that priority and allow guests to have first pick during Masters Week. This year, we're once again inviting golfers across the Southeast to "play the lake" and book a round here at Tara or Monticello. Green and cart fees are only $75 per player. That means a foursome can enjoy a lakefront round of golf within a 40-minute drive from Augusta, Georgia for only $300.
