Love this! Turning 55 in May and transitioning to digital nomad lifestyle next year 🎉❤
@Bellanovafrequency Go for it! Monique proves you can do it. Check out her guest blog about what she learned at lifeshiift.com/2024/07/11/from-corporate-to-digital-nomad_-lessons-from-my-first-six-months-on-the-road/
I love your videos. It connects with me.
Monique is a truly amazing women. Really glad you like it
I have adhd, and im creative, and im in crisis. I have so many anxieties, frustrations and obligations and so little time. I get ridiculously overwhelmed and shut down I started doing vomit dumping and wow, having it on paper is so helpful. I am using it with a highlighter. As i have so much on, just using this method loosely at the moment to get it on paper has been awesome. Really just doing v & o & i to tackle the issues quickly, my mindset is ok, but will tackle m & t once i cull my list abit!!
@LifetipswithJess hope this idea about journaling helps.

Go away.😅
Really look at her? Does she look youthfu? Get up close.
Ageing well has a more to do with vitality and purpose than it has to do with how you look. Our society does not prize aged skin but she sure has earned her wrinkles and should celebrate.
Very politically unpropreiate to admit that vodka coctail makes u young😂 savage
Whatever works for you 🤣

There is the solitude of 100years in sophisticated Paris
@shin-i-chikozima yes, you can just feel the history everywhere

I remember coursets: good for her!!!
Yes, I just loved her. She is one of my heroes!
Thank you... appreciate your cues for correct breathing... feeling less creaky now🤗
So great to hear.
Nice vid, well narrated and useful information.
So happy that you enjoyed. I love, love love Paris so it probably shows. If you haven't seen our videos on Toulouse in southern France and Rome, check them out. Same narrator. 😄😎
As a Parisian, thank you for telling people to use bikes in our beautiful city !
I was very impressed by the number of bike lanes and how well there were used. It certainly beats driving! Lucky you to be able to live in such a beautiful city.
Love the beautiful narration. Southes my soul ❤
Thank you. Enjoy!
Thank you for this information. Love from the UK ❤
@reneeantwi-boasiako3974 You will find that there is so much more to Rome than you see in the tourist guides. You are so close. Enjoy
Superbe vidéo culturelle du jour et de la semaine et week end
Ah merci beaucoup!!😀
Love this Maureen! It really makes sense that following a canal through the city would be a great way to get oriented- great tips!
@heatherholbrook911 glad you found this helpful
I love to watch videos on Paris, and there are many without the obvious landmarks. You video stunned me with the stroll along St. Canal Martin. I've been to Paris many times and was unaware of this. WOW. Thank you so much. I will say I'm not sure Sacre Coeur is off the tourist route, but I love it. I would add to my list of "Simple Pleasures" a stroll through Pere Lachaise. The cobblestone paths, landscape, monuments, incredible and stunning gravestones and mausoleums, amid the who's who of the famous dead is my favorite part of Paris. Parisians are just as colorful and interesting dead as they were alive! Thanks for this video - Awesome!
@habdogwriter Thanks for the kind words. Absolutely add Pere Lachaise to the list. It certainly fits in this group,
Wonderful Paris footage. Video Like 👍
Thanks for your compliments. Paris is very photogenic

Lovely video. Thanks. Suggest doing your lighting from above so you don’t have shadows on your face.
Thanks for the complement. The original video was shot when I was a real newbie at this but good suggestion on lighting. I will keep working to get better.

Such a beautiful video Maureen! I loved your narration and especially enjoyed your views about vision and your explanation about BEing.
Gaby, I loved your presentation. It really brought home the idea of a vision.
These are great takeaways. And also forgot about the ‘dash’
Yes it really is a journey
BOOM
Fabulous
Amazing, Maureen and the unstoppable Hina Khan. So clear. Thank you.
It was not a tornado. It was an offshore hurricane which produced heavy rains in the maintains just east of PV.
Thanks for the correction

Hiya!~thank you.you crreated best , see you later~ :))
Thank you
The reconstruction of the Rio Cuale was not due to a tornado, it was due to excessive flooding from rains that came from a passing hurricane.
Thank you for the correction. I knew it was a weather event that caused the flooding but good to be more precise
