I haven't personally trained anyone in Toronto so I cannot recommend anyone. A good place to start would be to search for an airway dentist or orthodontist!
You better hope your kid never has this because every one seems to think that people can get 'panda eyes' or 'racoon eyes' from trauma in their rectum.

Can sleep apnea happen later on in life? My Son who is five years old suddenly started snoring and breathing with his mouth open. This was an onset after getting sick back in June with ear infection and strep throat. His pediatrician said he had no congestion in his longs. That his stuff nose could be from allergies. His breathing through his nose sometimes makes squeaky sounds. Nothing has helped, this is something new, he never suffer from before.
Yes, sleep apnoea can happen at any age. I recommend your son see a paediatric ENT doctor who specializes in breathing and sleep.
