This workout will burn your FULL BODY and get you feeling hot, sweaty, and sculpted! Today's workout requires 0 EQUIPMENT. Fire up your beautiful body in these next 50 minutes! Today's workout is the longest Pilates Format class I've ever put out and I am so excited for you to move with me! This workout is for intermediate level but suitable for any one who wants to get their sweat and sculpt on!! Remember to modify when you feel is necessary and TO HAVE FUN!

I love this workout! perfect full body workout! please do more like this! 🙏 It would be great if you could do some jumping as a warmup
This is a very good workout. Just a note, I think a lot of people do 10 minutes workouts because they do not have time to go to the gym or a full 30 minute session before the baby wakes up or they have to rush to work eg. The video starts with over a minute (10%+ of duration) just talking and I would have preferred to just start moving and was close to switching to another workout.
