I’m not too concerned because my opponent’s preflop 3 bet range contains very few combos of suited cards without an A i.e he can’t have AK, AQ, AJ flushes so it’s really only KQs and maybe a few more suited broadway flushes (a top player will have more combos). I think you perhaps misunderstand what a trap is. I checked back the turn with a boat. This weakens my perceived range and allowed me to get called on the river. If I had triple barrelled, my big bet likely would not have been called on the river, due to my range being so strong in that line

Great question. So in PLO it is a rule that you have to use exactly 2 cards from your hand and 3 from the board to make the best 5 card hand. The 2 cards from my hand would be Q8 and 3 from the board would be K88 to make the hand KQ888
