Graggle - The forgotten Simpson character (VHS Rip)

The original broadcast of "Hurricane Neddy" from December 29, 1996, features one of Graggle Simpson's last appearances and definitely his last speaking role.
I found this old VHS tape among my late uncle's collection. In later broadcasts, Graggle is replaced by Lenny, something that makes no sense since Ned and Lenny know each other from S5E16, where they are clearly shaking hands in the church scene. Yet another nail in the "Graggle is fake" coffin!
