I won't scrub. Pain equals recovery time. A light baking soda soak is miraculous. While baking soda is abrasive, you don't scrub it but rather bathe it or let a poultice sit. Give your pan a rinse before simply wiping down with a sponge or paper towel.

These crispy fried shrimp can be used in so much. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper; bathe in egg, roll in bread/panko crumbs, fry. Use with whatever! Top a stir fry like we did with some cumin, top a Caesar salad, or use in a shrimp taco or garlic shrimp parmesan over linguine for some added texture. The possibilities are endless with a beautiful, crispy fry.
