55:56 lesson learned. When you position yourself for departure on the runway, do it very carefully before you start the takeoff roll. Because, the faster you drive, the faster your aircraft will turn. and in real life, most aircraft have only three wheels which means, that if you did that in real life, the wing could have easily struck the ground, and set all the fuel on fire. And you would be screwed. because on all vehicles with three wheels. They can stand on their own. You don’t have to do any balancing yourself but when it comes to turning, as soon as you want to make a tighter turn the aircraft or whatever vehicle on three wheels will immediately roll towards the right, and if you were going to fast and want to make two sharp turns, it will flip over. Literally. so that’s why it’s very important to align your self for departure before you begin the takeoff run. Because, when you are going really fast, even if you do not pull back the stick and start raising from the ground, the aircraft already has less contact with the ground, and will start spinning in a circle as soon as you bend the wheels just a tiny bit, and in the real life that would cause it to strike the ground with The wings, which could cause sparks to form at the contact point with the concrete, setting the fuel on fire. And when the aircraft rburns, you’re done with it. There is no way to extinguish it.
My current takeoff speed was 110 in Cessna and landing speed was also same how come you keep 68 please explain
that was 68 mph which is about 109.97 km/h so it was the same.

47:24 that is 1236 feet not to meters. It goes only to about 300 m for the minimu takeoff runway length.
9:54 actually, the same thing applies to cars. When the engine is started, the alternator provides the necessary power. So, when you start the car, you can go ahead and disconnect the battery. The only problem comes when you shut it off. Because then, there will be no power to start it back up and you’re screwed. actually, you do not have to create the flight plan if you want to take off from these tiny airports. The only ones you really need to create the flight plan for are the ones with a runway or multiple runways And even then you can get onto the runway and takeoff without the flight plan but it will be risky for you and for anyone who may be in the area. and because the game is off-line right now, there will be nobody except you at the airport, which means that you can actually do whatever you want, even take off from the taxiways as long as you have enough space. The game is not going to limit you in that sense. You have a value “minimum takeoff runway length, and if you have any surface that is long enough, you can take off from that no problem.

Sorry, another comment from me. How do you make minor adjustments to turn in? This is the question I've been asking the email list? So when you were in the air, when you went slightly of course, would you just press the right or left arrow once and then twice to straighten up the wings again?

I am extremely new at this program, and though I have listened to some of the tutorial from Lucas, I'm finding this really helpful as it's summarising everything in one lot rather than different individual videos. Like the update, however there are not enough catagory 1 airports for the training. Espically if you want to do the training in Canada, USA, Australia England and New Zealand. Wish we could add airports in on our own. Even if they are only available for our coppy.
I thought about a video idea which is kind of funny. The video will be mostly unscripted but this is the idea. Like, the stream or the video whatever, starts with me opening a training flight, and you tell me to look through the properties. After looking through the properties and explaining them for about 10 or 15 minutes, you say something like, get out of the property is menu and turn on the battery. I am like, OK. And press the battery switch, turning it on. but you give such instructions in such a way, that I almost unknowingly prepare for a flight, all the way up to takeoff, and neither I or those who are watching wouldn’t notice it until they watch the video at least three or four times. you give instructions in the way like, OK. Pull the flaps down now. And I pulled them down. And then, you say something like, when you press F1 key you will find a flight plan options click on that. And so I click on it. I end up explaining the entire menu while you tell me to configure it or vice versa. anyway. By the time we are through that menu. The flight plan is already submitted to the ATC and now it’s very clear what is about to happen. like, I or you, one of us drives the other in to the next procedure so discreetly that it’s almost unknown to the person controlling the airplane at the time and even to those who are watching and have to rewatch the video three or four times to get what’s happening. and one says, OK. Now put on your seatbelt. And the other says, I am not doing this. But eventually gives in and puts on the seatbelt. And that keeps going all the way until takeoff. At which point, the plane is already at v one, that is the speed at which an airplane pulls the nose up and starts lifting off from the ground, and one of us is like, no sense to abort a takeoff now! and the same kind of logic persists through the climb out, Cruise, descend, and finally Landing. The person controlling the plane is almost unaware of what’s happening due to the other guiding them so discreetly. and the only Time the pilot discover is what happened is, when we land at the other airport. And probably those who are watching would have to watch the video multiple times to figure out what is happening.

Takeoff angle "4-7-10" 4 is minimum, 7 is recommended, and 10 is maximum.
In the aborted take off, you only set the throttle to position "1" which is only about 10% power, and it sounded like you probably wouldn't have enough runway
Late to this, but in your 1st crash, you need to check your position on the field with "k" and "l" sounds like you simply didn't allow for enough area to take off.
yesterday, I figured how to land. also, the key to check altitude before it was the Y key on the American keyboard, now it’s Z. first, you have to check if you’re facing the airport do you want to land on with the N key. Pay attention to the descend procedure with the comma key. That will tell you how much it safe to descend for every 5 km, and in the last decend stages for 2 km.. when you’re about 10 km away from the airport, set throttle into position 2 and monitor your speed carefully. once it gets slightly above 120 km/h, set flaps into position two for landing. If you don’t deal with that now, the aircraft will stall when you slow down further. continue slowing down until you reach about 110 or 111 km/h. then choke off the speed with the control delete key. by that time, you would be about 5 km away from the airport. make sure to monitor your altitude, the safe altitude circle and any possible terrain changes. descend according to the descent map provided by the comma key. The. Key would tell you how much altitude is above ground. How high above ground you are. in order for the final touchdown, you need to be below 20 m above the ground. In order to be safe, I descend a little bit further and go to about 18 m above ground. I do that usually about 1 km away from the airport in order to know for sure that I am ready. when you hear the main area beacon beep below you, cut the power to the engines and let the aircraft fall the rest of the way.. no, this detail is crucial. You will need to press the dash, or on the American keyboard/key, the one key right of the. Key, and hold it until the speed reaches 0 km/h and you come to a complete stop.
I would have to figure out how to convert those into miles.
in the options you have measurement system and you can change it to imperial miles so that is already provided both in euro flight two and three.
There's an update out as of today, and the launcher seems like it's fixed now.
How did you get it to work and download everything through the launcher? For me it always says in the log that there is an error and that world.map can't be accessed. I tried everything, running it as admin, restarting my pc, other folders... no luck. Would appreciate some help!

hey there, what I think is they should make some changes to atc. I think the guidance of ATC in maintaining safe altitude while takeoff and landing is crutial. so that should be fixed. or else, we will be crashing like this only. else, the game is good. and i'm glad that they have given us many more real things to experience in the cockpit.
