Junk pit update is gonna suprise us, maybe the mushroom guy fell down there... Hmm... What type of junk? What type of pit? That's the question. Since its underground, it must have alot of... Junk. About the thing there, it may be friendly or neutral. Because it's a very bad obstacle ondrive. It's a MEGA update. It went on for a loonnngg time. It's maybe being worked on. Its either going to give a very special item or a very "boss". I assume the "copper ants creator" maybe got underground and obviously, there will atleast be a connection. The fruitfolks suddenly came in. And do they actually know whats down there? They created a literal elevator for it. Of course. Maybe a little bit. Because no one lived to tell the tale. Why's chalkman defending that place? All i have to say is that, it's gonna be uncovering most of theories. And believe me. That's just a theory! A pilgrammed theory!

Maybe it’s not the ritual place to call the blight but it’s was a arena where fruitfolk fighting each other but in the description said cata was the rotten warrior and maybe cata is the warrior who get infected by the blight but I’m not sure if cata is infected cus the place was full of gems and rings so it probably some fruitfolk that just do the wrong spells so the blight comes maybe the fruitfolks trying to revive the twigfaces a.k.a fruit folk that died and sorry if my grammar is bad cus I am not a American ppl

I have a theory about Clericks. The Clericks might've been a supporter that heals twig faces/twigwrithes, because in the actual game, Clericks can heal other fruitfolk wounds, like with the glutto before the Grave Treelad obstacle. The book they use would probably be for fighting, unless the sweetberry blight gave it a curse. But somehow, the Clericks team up with the infected fruitfolk, so maybe the Clericks would be brainwashed with the sweetberry blight, causing them to team up with the infected fruitfolk, that’s not just a theory, A Pilgrammed Theory!!!!

Catacombs used to be a garden where fruitfolks lived, but then the infection start to infect the fruitfolks, and the reason why there no treelads left inside catacombs except grave tree is all treelads escaped through morning hollow, but Grave Treelad still decide to stay and protect the garden even tho afflicted, all treelads are all innocent and the reason they attack us because they never seen human before and they think human are the reason why the garden became then ruins (My theory)

How come I can’t see the ladder?

I got a theory, What if old fart was the one to spread blight considering the fact that one of the fruitfolk had a bad dream about him spreading gas, Another Theory is that, they rab out of resoures to give to the altar dus infecting everyone in the catacombs Also, what if they where mining or doing whatever, and then there was a poisonous root on the ground that they touched, cause the floor and walls all have roots coming out of them that also probably means They Live underground , thing about it , why did cata come out of the ground aswell as grave tree lad , doesn't make sense why they come out of the ground, I think that there is something much worse deeper into the ground or the catacombs

Does anybody know why he doesn't spawn? I played him once and died 3/4 through, now it just doesn't spawn. I've tried beating all the knights, walking every step, it doesn't work.

I think the grave treelad was fighting cata with some fruitfolk (thats why there are weapons in tombs) but it also got infected with the rot. Also what if grave treelad is seniors father?

I like to think the tombs were made for different social classes like how ancient Egyptians had a king,nobles,important merchant and etc..,I don’t think it’s prison where jailer is.I think it is a place to protect the bodies of the fruitfolk nobles or important fruitfolk.

The “cata” area was DEFINITELY specifically made for cata because if you look at cata’s description in the bestiary it describes him as a warrior, and maybe he was some kind of hero. And when he fell the fruitfolk mourned and made a special area specifically for his grave, and put objects of respects outside his arena. This theory makes the most sense, due to there being other people who have elaborated similarly and that one guy who said in the old catacombs there was a statue of cata, the hero. If all this lore you explained is true, this might be the most interesting lore I’ve ever seen, because uh… I just like it a lot. Yeah. Anyways, when the hell will the devs add a low damage weapon that has like 100% piercing to the game? Noxious mortar by itself deals 50 dmg per berry explosion on metal dummies so maybe the devs could make like a weapon that shoots things that deal 25 dmg every like 0.5 seconds? Damn I got way too off track, but why not? I’m like 90% sure I have ADHD

There was a statue below the tree in the room that leads to Cata's corridor and the statue was of a lemon fruitfolk corrupted by sweetberry disease and with a torch lying near it. this statue was removed from the game but I still have photos of it and this statue existed since the release of Sweetberry and I assume that statue could represent Cata

Blight is a kind of disease for plants, should we count fruitfolks as plants? If so, this explains why Twigclaws element is Grass. Moreover, All the catacomb weapons are either related to Clericks, or blight-infected creatures like Mecreeps, Grave Treelad and Cata
