How to make vacation rental efficient with smart automation
Here's an example of a powerful conditional logic that helps hospitality professionals build unique workflows - exactly how they need this in their processes!
This small addition is exactly for this purpose - most automation systems have “AND” statements, we now have "AND" and “OR” statements.
Meaning that you can now consolidate your workflows to become more efficient.
Instead of saying “If X is A”, and then “If X is B”, you can now say “If X is one of A or B”.
One practical example could be - “If the listing is a 1 Bedroom, upsell early check-in for $50”, if the listing is a 1.5 Bedroom, upsell early check-in for $50”. These are two separate settings. Now you can just say, “If the listing is a 1 Bedroom or a 1.5 Bedroom, upsell early check-in for $50”.
This option consolidates complex rules into one elegant solution, saving you significant setup time.

Automation is the way to go!
Unfortunately and I don't care if it's VRBO Airbnb or whatever website you're on Guests do not read. ... They look at pictures. And many think they can come to the house do whatever they want forget the house manual they don't read it ... You could post the rules they don't read it... And some are picky about the fact that you have notes .....We have notes because this is ongoing occurrence that people continue to violate..... Because they don't read the house manual It's a short one It's like a paragraph in bullet form.... Simple It's not the Host fault it's the guest fault... Also, disrespectful, come to your house think they can bring whoever they want because they paid... They can do whatever they want, bring as many people as they want that's so wrong and so disrespectful. The most unfortunate thing is they'll book multiple listings and they always book for easy cancellation with no penalty..... the closer it gets to travel date, they CANCEL on all other reservations they made, and go to one location..... They have just taken your property off the market for a couple of months You just lost opportunity for other bookings that work genuine. This is exactly what their support people tell me.... Support says it always happens. That's why we have 'no cancellation' policy and we've never had a problem We stay book 95% of the year.
