I recently did over an old lunchbox like that. I painted mine white and used a ton of IOD florals. It was so pretty, I loved it. A dear friend bought it within minutes. Your projects are always so lovely.

Well done, Peggy! All four turned out so beautifully! I think your vase turned out much better than the PB inspiration, and at a much better price! I love the vintage pink color on the tray, and the transfers coordinate so perfectly! Love the soft muted colors on the cheese box, and the vibrant red on the lunchbox! All will make such wonderful gifts!

Great projects. Love the lunchbox. I have my Dads, and it is just like it, only the handle is black. It is from the early sixties. I also have a black one, my husband got at an estate sale. I also will be trying my hand at painting a vase like you did. Gorgeous projects. Thanks for sharing.

The picture frame is absolutely darling. What a lovely and thoughtful gift for your friend. I really like the idea of the card box. I think I will make one. Although I don’t have that particular moulde, I do have other Christmas ones that will work. Your box turned out to be so pretty. The salt wash makes a huge difference too.
