Back in Arkansas and preparing for Christmas through home improvement.

Just kidding it's not that bad. Okay it kind of is, but my mental health is good enough to handle it so far. Also you guys missed the first take of this video in which I discovered my sock had a hole in it, and I lifted my foot to show you. Important information.

My framework that I try to use every day for better mental health. The whole reason I wanted to make this video was to talk about how positively music impacts me in times when I don't feel well, but I didn't mention it at all. I throw my headphones in, and it makes it easier to relax or to focus on what I'm doing instead of what I'm not doing (or how bad I feel).

The sheer amount of medicine that I have to take is getting to me.

Had a second appointment and am going back to Arkansas soon. Will hopefully make another video to talk about things not discussed and slightly less relevant to my health. Also, I promise to fix the sound on the next video.
