Example: Sudden termination without clear communication caused undue stress and harmed my livelihood. Economic Sabotage (Felony): Deliberate actions harming financial stability. Example: Removing all my books and blocking future earnings, drastically affecting my income. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress: Severe mental anguish from actions. Example: The lack of communication and arbitrary enforcement of guidelines severely impacted my mental health. Tampering with Organic Algorithm (Wire Fraud): Deceptive practices to interfere with market operations. Example: Manipulating the organic algorithm to unfairly disadvantage my listings, leading to loss of visibility and sales. Theft of Royalties: Misappropriation of funds from sales. Example: Withheld royalties despite ongoing sales, potentially amounting to theft. Whistleblower Retaliation: Punishing those reporting illegal activities. Example: Threats of account termination if I continued to contest the decision, potentially silencing legitimate grievances. Obstruction of Justice: Ignoring valid grievances and communications. Example: Refusal to address my concerns or provide detailed explanations, denying due process. Censorship: Private entity censorship involving illegal activities. Example: Delisting my books for non-political content, potentially due to bias, impacting my freedom of expression. Deceptive Business Practices and Breach of Contract: Delisting books after accepting advertising payments. Example: Paid for advertising on Amazon, only to have my books delisted, leading to financial loss. Entrapment: Creating an environment where guideline violations are easy. Example: Ambiguous guidelines and lack of support, making it easy to unintentionally violate rules, resulting in termination and withheld royalties. I urge you to report your case to the FBI, FTC, and BBB. It's crucial to hold KDP accountable for their actions.
