RANT ahead... The 12th Doctor telling Bonnie and Kate about war.. This is what I think of every time there is news of war.... Because I know that if anyone for a shred of a decade could just forgive... so much in this broken world would be at peace... Our children would not cry to a God we cannot seem to accept from any culture. Our lovers will be who we desire and not those who we are made to marry. So much of reality should listen to science fiction because it is written by those who know it. Who feel the reality of these weighty subjects and it always comes down to the most petty of school fights. And so again we will continuously fight these wars for someone who said something someone else didn't agree with. If you fight for your country you are fighting against your own humanity. Because war is only defined by mass hatred... and that hatred is infectuous. We had an assembly on war once during school... And I was the only person who refused the want to fight for my country or take part in any of it. I told my teacher, looking directly in her eyes... If there were people willing to say no. To not even stand with their leaders. To just say no. To not turn and run like cowards, cowardly is kindness and the people who choose the fate of our crying children? Our burning race?... They are the bullies on the playground. If collectively both sides of the argument all those who 'should' fight said no? No war would occur. It would just be an argument between two idiots again. And if ANY of us could forgive them? To let the wound scab and heal?... Then we would have peace on earth... But as long as we have hatred in our hearts, spitting venom from our mouths... we are all doomed by our own lack of love.

The actor said "No romance." The Doctot said "I am not your boyfriend." Yet we had a romance that left people yelling at their TV. I'm going back through Doctor Who episodes. I'm reminded of how much I loved River Song and Strrax. I'm reminded that I wanted to hate Clara because she caused my Doctor so much pain. But I'm here loving them a decade later.

The doctor had two great loves; River song, and Clara Oswald. Both people with impossible timelines now I think about it, River was traveling his timeline in reverse and Clara was born to save the Doctor. And I hope they take advantage of that and bring her back for an episode or 2

I keep coming back to this video over and over again. There is something sublime in their love, but so simple at the same time. Like an old couple who have seen a lot, but have not lost interest in life. If it’s not that kind of love, then there’s no need for any.

A year has passed, and I still love and watch your video. to remember how much I like (although at first I didn't like) this duo, those years were great. And surely being my favorites 

When you realize that the Doctor's stories are full of love not because of successful companions, but because love lives inside the Doctor's heart and attracts the right people...

Mycroft is a protective big brother, even if he was never really able to show it like how John is used too, Sherlock knows he cares. It was obvious when he sees Sherlock relapsing, and when they're both kidnapped by their sister.

Also, that "proud big brother" dialogue at 3:58 is taken from which episode? I don't remember it.

Oh that was so beautiful, SO PERFECTLY MADE, almost had me in tears. Sherl and Myc's bond is the BEST thing about the show, how I wish we had more of them! Thank you for this lovely, lovely edit, I'll probably be back to it on a weekly basis now. <3

I love this undefineable love between 12 and Clara. Not all forms of 'unusual' love can be defined or are immoral. The best I can come up with is rhe the word bond. They had a phenomenal bond that became too strong to endure but what a special thing it was whilst it lasted., I wish this era of DW was not fictional as there was so much beauty in this Doctor-companion relationship. The depth of these two imo is the strongest in the entire of DW history and I loved it.

All of this for Sherlock but he was there for his sister as well, he just wanted to give her a Christmas present. He missed her mycroft Holmes is the most parentified and the best brother I've ever seen

I love how both of them "give" their brother to some psyco, first Mycroft to Moriarty, then Sherlock to Magnussus. 😅 And yet they love each other, especially Mycroft, he spent his all life to protect him not only against the legally and deathly consequence of his action, but also the grief the truth about their past would cause to him. They call him the ice man but his heart is definitely not cold
