Yoga Nidra for the Throat Chakra

    Thank you Laura! It's been grounding and calming. Inspiring too. I can do Dirgha Pranayama anytime anywhere (walking outside, sitting in the train, watching Netflix) in any posture. NOW IT'S FOR SURE THE IMPORTANT PART OF MY DAILY ROUTINE.

    Wow 🤩 I particularly loved the hip openers to enter gate pose and the swan dive option to come out. I loved your flowing arm movements surrounding reverse gate and I could see students really loving this to stretch and flow however they feel good! #2024YTT 🙏

      She can’t turn off adverts until she has a certain amount of viewing hours. The more support we give her the sooner she can rid herself of the adverts. TH-cam makes things hard for smaller channels.✨💜🙏🏻
