Yeah, Prime does not have IQ. He may have at one point, but that time has long past. Umbra is still very intelligent and can think for himself. Also, Umbra has more raw power than Prime does. Don't ever underestimate an extremely pissed off person. especially Umbra. So, I'd say Umbra is more accurately and Impossible Diff.

There's only two reasons I want Excal Prime, for the frame to hopefully have access to the skin with Umbra and see if I can come up with a more badass fashion frame with it and also to rank it up for the XP towards my Mastery Rank. But to play with it??? Nah, Umbra is my top favorite frame. Even use it in Steel Path though I'm still working on him so I can one day flow through Steel Path with pure ease but one day...

Excalibur is the frame that I wish got a buff would have been nice with 1999 seeing as we got the Arthur skin to get a rework that made him more high level viable without insane investment

Ngl this guy by just giving prime iq does it know what he is talking about Umbra is winning in every category Umbra is if I’m not mistaken a prime Excalibur that has been infused with a Dax my reason is simply … why give the best Dax warrior in the orakin a normal Excalibur I believe that it’s an Excalibur prime that had been heavily modified Also he’s a Dax and one fit he best Dax warriors in the orakin empire and the Dax were almost of part with warframe they were nothing to sneeze at Not you have infused a Dax into most likely a modified Excalibur prime So now he can do everything Excalibur can do AND make use of his Dax training He’s by far stronger by a landslide

Umbra is better for the simple ability to play as your operator while he acts on his own adding to your dps. Build your amp right and you've got some good damage output as your operator while umbra uses whatever op weapons you choose to give him.

Lol umbra will always be inferior since his AI got nerfed into the ground and can't even use exalted blade in that form plus losing all arcane stacks and buffs I'll stick with prime like I have since the beginning

Umbra Excalibur Lore wise, is equal the prime in every way. Only he not only has built in resistances to sentient’s, but also the ability to strip the sentients of their adaptations on a whim. Note that in the quest, nothing you can do with your Warframe’s phase him. Including Excalibur and presumably Excalibur prime if you have him. Granted, the operator isn’t trying to KILL him. But it’s important to acknowledge regardless. That and he’s self aware. That’s an instant dub over a glorified primed puppet.

Àbility, Umbra should win here since he has 2 things over Prime, Umbra can move while in Operator mode and his 2 can strip sentient resistances.
