Haha you seem to have a fun wife 😀 yeah I actually cutout while riding with the shorts 🙉 all good except that the wheel bounced up behind me and gave me a nice burn from the rubber of the wheel on the back of my calves 😂 overrun by my own wheel 😢 Since then my wheel broke down and I’m riding a ks18xl nowadays. ​@@electricunicyclesweden I literally just got ran over by my begode t4 about an hour ago. I bought the begode as a first time rider and realized that it's not a beginner wheel. I ordered a v10f for 556.00 usd just now and am finding videos on it to understand it better. Thanks for your review

Yes! Not the most comfy but for sure is doable. Commuted sitting 1h per day for a year 👍🏻 now I ride a kingsong 18XL, also sitting 🤙🏻

​@@electricunicyclesweden what's the difference between with suspension and without? I heard somebody said that they dont like unicycle with suspension cause they thrown them off the thing.

And i can ride for longer without fatigue :) awesome for commuting when ripping around is not the main goal 👌

I’m in a EUC Sweden köp & sälj FB group where I just shot a post asking if anyone had something laying around they wanted to get rid off :) Got it for 8000sek. Not sure if this was a good deal, hoping to get a year or 2 out of it atleast but lets see 🫠 I’ll make some videos if I get to making repairs and defenitely a review / comparison video 🎉

I’m in that group as well looking for 2nd hand wheels.😄🍻 I just got one a month ago roughly and it’s a blast. Will be looking out for more videos of how it goes with the 18XL.

Yes it is convinient :) small enough and light enough to bring everywhere but also got decent power and range. Mine died unfortunately at 7000km so I now got a kingsong 18XL instead :)

Good to hear! How does it stack up against your old V10F? I just recently bought myself a used V10F to learn on so it would be interesting to hear what happened to your wheel.

@@t3llmikehave not yet had the chance to properly test it out due to snow but next week hopefully I’ll do my first commute. For the 20min I managed to ride it before the snow it was nice having the extra 10km/h to be able to go 40 always and faster if needed. Also the extra 2 inches makes the ride a bit more comfy :) Not sure I would buy it as an upgrade thought if my v10f worked or if I had another option. This was mostly based on price and availability :)

Yeah, the weather in Stockholm wasn’t the best for EUC riding. Last week (Easter holiday) was great though so I managed to go on a pretty long drive of about 20km. Premier drive on the V10F.🎉 You should do a video where you compare the driving experience to your old wheel, in practice and not focusing on the specs that much. Like how it feels with a bigger, heavier, faster wheel. Would be interesting to hear.

Hi bud,I am 15.5 stones (98kg) in weight and on a nice warm day travelling between 15-20 mph (around 30kph) I have had 34 miles or 55 km with a bit of battery to spare.Hope that helps a bit.

As u say it can differ a lot. I’m riding the beeps (top speed all the time), I’m 65kg and I can prolly get ~40km that way. Then I have to reduce speed alot and could probably get a couple more km. But I’ve also been out on a 4hour ride doing 70km but then we went mostly 20km/h with some faster off-roading!

@@3CityRide nah it’s quite okey :) also I payed half off full price for it when I bought it (was new not used). Maybe but I do not have the knowledge and rather put the money into a new wheel instead. Very limited service shops here 🙉 know of one which I’ve heard very bad reviews about so not super inclined to go there…

@@electricunicyclesweden So I'm waiting for some longer video about what happened ;) If you plan to throw it away you can still open it to learn what could happen. Also, battery pack is worth some decent amount of money - there are some companies that would be happy to refurbish it/recycle in some kind of way

Inte vart några problem hittills för mig. Men jag åker på cykelbanor, håller vettig fart bland andra trafikanter samt har skydd+lysen. Vet en annan åkare som fick sin euc beslagtagen i Stockholm men fick tillbaka den några dagar senare. Oklart om han fick böter eller så. Även hört att folk sålt sina EUCs pga blivit stoppade av polisen. Men generellt tror jag dem bryr sig lite om man beter sig vettigt och har bra utrustning. Värt o tänka på är ju att du åker på ett olagligt fordon per defenition så är olyckan framme och du skadar annan person/egendom gäller troligtvis inga försäkringar 🫣 detta är mer läskigt för mig en farbror blå.

Lurigt skulle jag vilja säga. Funkar ganska bra men blir definitivt en del vurpor. Värt att tänka på är även att det saltas en del. Mitt hjul har faktiskt pajat i höstas och tror stor del va fukt/salt som rostade sönder motorn i hjulet.

Sup sorry for the late response! Maybe u have your euc already 🙃 my top tip would be get a good helmet and some basic gear at least. It’s not about if you will fall it’s about when :) I made the seat myself from a yoga block and heavy duty tape :)

Thanks! It is a yoga block I cut to shape using a knife and put a lot of heavy duty tape around. I think it works great being not too hard or too soft. But I think people could have issues with it being too low as I need to squat quite a lot even though I’m not super tall. I’ve ridden thousand of kilometers on this seat :)

i am 90 kg and the v10f is fine for me. I cant do crazy leans like on my patton but i use it for chillriding, trickpractise etc. (if I do happen to lean too much, I never get a cutout, the wheel just stops slowly.)

Yeah defenitely, I got a cutout at ~30kmh and i would count that as bicycle speed. But without my gear it would have been brutal. I think the euc can throw u off in worse ways than a bicycle but I understand ur point :)

Haha yeah realized after that it can have the same issue 🫣😬but I usually charge that without worrying about fire, not the case for my euc :)

I guess the vehicle itself is not but if you ride it on public roads it is illegal (non permitted driving). If it goes faster than 20 it is not a bicycle and can only be ridden on private grounds

If it only goes 20 it is classified as a bicycle and if you have a home insurance that will most likely cover it in an accident! Yes this is an issue with eucs there is like 1 king song model that actually only goes 20km/h and it has a super small battery. I have not been stopped so far 2 years 6000km+ riding but I’ve heard about atleast 2 other riders that have been. But I think rural areas and trails should be pretty safe most likely in the cities that are the biggest risk :)

@@electricunicyclesweden Is it legal to build your own euc? Let's say, with a strong 3000w motor but still limited to 20 kmh? That way you could still enjoy offroading while being totally legal.

Wristguards - just some noname cheap brand that i picked up 😄 The seat i made myself using a yogablock as i could not find a seat to buy. Works great and costed me 10€ 👌

Usually it happenes when I accelerate too hard in inclines. Have not gotten it due to a long hill maintaining constant speed. I think it's a slight annoyance. I usually remember to not accelerate too hard in inclines but sometimes when in the groove and having fun I forget about it. :) I think you should be good as long as you relax of the throttle a bit

I got the v10f for half of what it is selling for today (new). Was a good deal then but agree there might be better options. I've seen too many begodes go up in flames on the internet to have one in my house but yeah they are good price to performance machines :)

@@electricunicyclesweden V10F is for sure not bad wheel. I have also V12HT so I am not Begode fanboy :-). Enjoy your wheel and have no issues!

Thanks! I'm also looking at the V12 but now leaning towards the begode T4. I do think suspension is the way to go in the future as it seems quite superior to non-suspension. But the v12 is beast and love the IPX raiting on it!

Sounds like no fun :( the inmotion charger have a small LED that usually goes green when not connected to the wheel or if wheel is fully charged, and it is red when charging. The wheels display should light up as well when you connect the charger. Hope this helps :)

@@electricunicyclesweden usually I need to know for certain :/ , if it doesn’t light up while being plugged in the wheel it means that the charger is broken I pressume?

Pretty much any PEV (personal electric vehicle) uses the same concept for the power bricks. There is a light on the brick - red = charging, solid green = done. You may want to try another charging brick. Perhaps the one the guy gave you was the wrong one?
