THANKS YOU SO MUCH... it seems like rockstar server are offline in my region and i cant connect to rockstar launcher. Its so stupid.. I mean I cant play the game that I paid for... wtf??? I buy on steam so I have few question. Steam will ban me for bypass this launcher? I bought this game but they will consider this as a crack? Good video bro it really worked for me :D

base on what I experienced when using that "launcher.exe" it is similar to the "crack rdr2" it uses the same save file too, and you can use it either no connection or your steam offline even signed out.
