Hey Ms. Ma’am …… ( I’m gonna hold your hands when I say this to you) THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU ! Every woman has had this experience in some way or another. It is called body dysmorphic ….. you don’t see your self correctly in the mirror and you eat because you feel helpless to change the what you see when you look in the mirror. Now there are changes you can make to flip your mind set so you can be healthy, but you have to be willing to change. Now ….. it start with looking in the mirror and saying I am a good person. And stop thinking about your flaws, because Nobody is perfect looking. So what you gotta start doing is start eating right, but eat smaller portions. Start including fruits and nuts as snacks …. almonds are great when you have afternoon cravings. Start taking 30 min walks everyday. Stop drinks sodas, that includes diet sodas. And start taking a multivitamin every day when you eat breakfast. But come on over to my channel I will be up loading content soon and there will be tips you take to incorporate into your plan to get healthy. But once again you are not alone, so many women go through this phase in their life.

It's the same with me, if it's not in my dreams, then it's in my waking life. I changed the rooms where I sleep, cleaned, prayed. They say I hang out with people of faith, how, when they're not there. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I try the best I can to please God. I can't hang out with Christians who go to church and then go out for beer, gossip, swear, etc. You understand what I'm trying to say. I'm isolated and alone and I'm an easy target, I hold back as much as I can. Thank you, God bless you

This happened with a ton of christian traditions b/c the whole point is to convert the world & spread the word of Christ. Other religions/believes/worldviews forced other groups/peoples to fully convert or die, leaving all their traditions behind by force. Christianity did something unique, no one was forced to convert & if they did convert, older traditions didn’t have to be stopped, the only requirement was to accept Christ as the only one true God worthy of worship. That’s why there’re so many pagan traditions mixed into Christian traditions, b/c Christianity accepted these traditions & didn’t force people to do things. Is not a bad thing, it’s a good thing that Christians are so accepting of others & Christians celebrate this by honoring other people’s pegan traditions, as long as Christ is worshiped as the one true God.

Jesus was born around September not December lol and alot of the holidays that Christians celebrate are pagen holidays. They just want you to think Christianity is above all and the Superior religion. Everyone has their own beliefs and religions. My mom works in the field, its fucking horrible how they treat most of the workers. Over worked, not appreciated, reminded they can be easily replaced if opened their mouth about some BS. Not even to mention HORRIBLE co workers. My mom had to fire a girl who stole a clients credit card after they died thinking it was okay because "jes dead, why does he need the money" like there wasnt any next of kin to begin with let alone morally wrong

She’s not raising Vanah as her grandchild. Vanah has a big stature like everyone else in y’all family. She’s not obese, she’s 10 lbs above her height and age. Vanah goes to the doctor for every check up and appointment. And she’s so active she’s always outside, shes in gymnastics, her metabolism is good. You only see pictures of her and everyone knows pictures are deceiving. Your mama isn’t ruining her life, she has best childhood most kids want, she doesn’t just shove desserts in her face at all. I can’t imagine hating the one person who stepped up and is raising your kid. Bc I couldn’t even think about talking about Melony that way….. No hard feelings. Just sounds like your dissing vanah more than your mom.
