Pretty crappy hunters from a safety standpoint but I guess their behavior was required for the suspence.

The hunters in the opening sequence sure didn’t practice good gun barrel awareness.

Barbara Windsor should’ve stuck to her Cockney accent. Why pretend to be an American in a London club?

Briefly - This wondeful T.Young film has been unavailable forever in it's original colour uncensored form. Only awful edited poor quality B/w Dvds. Where did this come from?? Why no official DVD? Where are Jayne's songs? At least the dressing room fight is intact!!! Enjoy it while you can!

we watched this movie in our high school Humanities class in the early '70s ... not sure why, haha! I enjoyed it. Barry Gordon and Barbara Harris are unforgettable.

"Man braucht im Leben nur einen einzigen Menschen, der zu einem hält. EIN guter Mensch. Das reicht." Zusammengehalten ("getragen") wurde dieser - fast ein wenig am Kitsch entlangschrammende Film, den ich mag, v.a. durch Claude Heinrich. Godehard Giese machte sich auch gut, meine ich. Note 2 für den Film, ist jemand meiner Meinung? Ich hoffe. 🙂

Since it's taken years to see the Eastman color version, I'm glad to see this in English (I have it in German). But all of Jayne Mansfield Musical numbers have been cut out of this vid. What a shame because they're pure sexpot Jayne at her best.

From 1:23:15 to 1:27:50 the dialogue is in German with no subtitles. Was it originally released in this format? I liked this film, however, I could not find out much about it. A departure for Leo Genn, here cast as a shady character. Is there a lot of ADR/dubbing present or is it synchronization? Karlheinz (Carl) Bohm would give a memorable performance as Mark Lewis, the cinematic serial killer, in *Peeping Tom* (1960 - Dir.: Michael Powell) released about the same time as this picture.

Best acting by a Jayne Mansfield in this movie I have seen ❤
