planning to purchase same model. Can you tell what are the temps and noise on this one. I am assuming since it's a mini version it will be above 76 degrees
Yes, so the main game that’s being played on here is Baldur’s Gate 3, and the GPU temp will reach around 70-80 degrees. I’m actually installing a new heatsink for the cpu and another fan for the front of the case to improve temps. For noise level, it does get loud when temps reach 80 degrees

850 watts psu is kinda an overkill
@@vlab-r7r I was originally gonna get 700W but it was white rated (not good) so they recommended I get 850 (this one is gold rated) and in case I wanna upgrade my gpu and other components later on, I’ll have more than enough power. better to buy one high wattage psu now than to pay for two psu's later

@@hollowthread i went with the cheapest i could find, Gigabyte a620m h motherboard. Pretty good but it only has 2 slots for DDR5 ram and one m.2 ssd slot. Still enough for gaming for me
I vid man I built my pc in November of 2022 and I understand the amazing feeling of it finally turn up this is genuinely one of the best beginner builds of 2024 keep the grind up man.

A friend of mine is interested in buying my pre built so if that happens I’m gonna build my own pc with newer specs, hopefully sometime soon so I can really take advantage of the new monitor’s refresh rate
If you haven't already upgraded from 8GB of ram I would do that immediately 8GB is not enough for gaming RX 5700 XT is another good option for upgrading can be found relatively inexpensive on the used market
I did upgrade to 16 GB awhile ago, that was the first thing I wanted to upgrade in my pc cause yeah 8 GB is nothing when you’re using it for gaming lol
I think you downgraded from your old IPS monitors, as your new main monitor (The Acer Monitor) is VA. The listing is quite misleading, stating 'Widescreen VA Gaming Monitor' and 'Quality Visuals - The KG241Y 23.8" IPS monitor with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution in a 16:9 aspect ratio.' However, the manufacturer’s website confirms that it is indeed a VA panel. IPS and high refresh rate can be found at a similar price range
Ah okay, I never realized that tbh when I purchased the new monitor. For me, the screen quality still looks great, I think both IPS and VA panels have pros and cons depending on their purpose (gaming or office use) but in the future if I buy new monitors for my setup, I’ll pay more attention to the screen type

Yo bro just a little advice. You look too be playing outside of cover too often and I also noticed in your slayer match on Streets you weren’t playing close to your team. You fix those issues and I think you’ll be playing a lot better

Just a recommendation, if you're purchasing a new keyboard, I think maybe get a keyboard with 61 or 87 keys because, your mouse could use more space for better sliding. Nice video tho!
