Watch This If You're in 30s Lost & Achieved Nothing in Life
Your 30s can feel like this huge, scary milestone. Being well into your 30s and feeling like you're not where you want to be can thus have so much added weight to it. I think this is often why 30-year-olds start moving deep into the journey of things like self-development, minimalism, mindfulness, etc. In this video, I talk about some things that are helping me on my journey through the second half of my 30s.

    If you want to significantly increase your cognative skills and abilities, look into Hydergine [4.5mg]. Take this in the mornings with a cup of strong black coffee [or shot of expresso]. The caffeine accelerates Hydergine into the brain and the nicotinic receptors. Do this daily for a couple of weeks. I've tried it. I developed a photographic memory and depth of thinking I have never experienced. I think taking this with Modafinil would be terrific! Look into it...

    Im a long haul truck driver, its different than "van life" but this can go for any one of us..... some men think that w bed in your vehicle is a handy invitation for sxx. As a woman ive had this happen before, one guy opened my passenger door and hopped in! So i bailed out my door and yelled at him to get out, and another guy (he worked night shift at the place i was delivering to) he followed me out to my truck talking to me and then leaned in and grabbed my ahh. For some reason some people see a bed and their mind just automatically goes to sxx, and it can happen to you as a male! 9% of grape victims are male and nearly 99% of grapists are male

    How long from your initial diagnosis of DVT, and starting blood thinners, did it take you to start feeling better? I was diagnosed with DVT 2 days ago (behind my knee, I feel it in my calf). I’m 2 days into blood thinners. I’m pretty active, and never had this before.

    • @mindful_wander
      @mindful_wander 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      How are you doing now that you’re on blood thinners? For me, once they gave me the first injection of Lovenox, my leg immediately felt better. From then on, I had no pain because I followed the injection and pill-form blood thinner regimen.

      I’m on Day 4 of pill form eloquis(?) Did you have swelling, and did it quickly go down, when the pains subsided? My foot and ankle are still swollen.

    I have the same physique, very healthy, and just suffered pulmonary embolisms from a DVT in my leg. Just turned 30. Im a primary care doctor and my only symptoms were shortness of breath that slowly worsened. With how healthy I am and with my age, and from everything I learned with medicine, I simply did not believe I was likely having something that almost killed me. Same way as you, I was told "there is no way you have pulmonary embolisms." I had to request the scan. Listen to your body and never let your age, health status, or looks discriminate you against medical emergencies that can kill you. I am thankful to be alive.

      Glad you’re doing okay. PEs are scary. It’s a funny coincidence that I see your comment now. A few days ago I got back from a 5-hour flight. The next day I took a job in some new running shoes that I ordered while I was away. Later that day my left leg was feeling a bit sore and just kind of weird. Not really pain but a strained kind of sensation. Over the next few days, the sensation has lessened a little. Definitely not gotten worse but hasn’t disappeared. Could be a DVT or could be related to muscles or tendons involved with running in new shoes. Of course, now I’m always bit worried about the possibilities, so I’m currently considering if I should just go to the ER to get some tests.

    • @Greatpics222
      @Greatpics222 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@mindful_wander if you had a DVT before, the risk is always higher at any point in the future. I would definitely get it checked. PEs can kill and the worst an ultrasound brings is the icky gel to wipe off. With my recent PEs, shortness of breath, and stress that this brought me, I know I will be getting ultrasounds frequently in the future. From what I learned, the symptoms are super subtle. I had no leg symptoms yet still there was a DVT. I would definitely go get it checked. Worst case scenario is that they don't find a clot which would end up being the best case scenario. - fingers crossed it's not a DVT 🤞🙏

    Police could be called if a home owner sees you sleeping during their walk. You will be raked over the coals! Just let them know you had an argument with girlfriend and was too tired to drive home. Never drink alcohol in your vehicle nor drugs even if you’re not driving. There are many dangers sleeping in your vehicle. It’s not good nor safe. I don’t recommend unless you have a good reason with goals involved.

    An important thing to consider that wasn't covered is the need to pee. Of course, if you're a guy this isn't difficult. You just need a plastic jar or jug with a tight fitting screw-on cap to do your business so you don't have to get out of your car in the middle of the night to search for a place to go.

  • @suncat9

    I stayed in a Walmart parking lot for 6 months straight in my Honda civic and never covered the windows with anything and I slept in the front seat with it reclined all the way back, and only once that the security car that drives around the parking lot asked me why I'm always there, so gave them a sad story and they fell for it and then told me that I was safe to stay there and they would check up during the night to make sure no one would bother me. There we're others mostly in vans or pick-up trucks with a cover on the bed. The only reason I did that was because I was moving abroad and wanted to save as much as I could and I did, that was back in 2017

    I may have missed this in your vid but it’s important not to stay in a spot for more than one night per month imo. And only use a spot for sleeping in; don’t cook, eat, wash up, read, watch tv, walk the dog, wash/shave, etc etc as this makes your presence obvious. Sorry if I’m repeating you but these are important points. Stay safe! 😊
