I thought the team would make the play offs this year unfortunately most of the players are national league class and no better We need division 1 players to get out of this league

Great support from you guys for your club to bring 650 plus to the LNER on the last Saturday before Xmas. Thought your side was well organised but we are on fire at home this season so as you said in the intro it was a tough ask to get anything from the game. Hope results improve for you soon.

Dreadful to concede three carbon copy corners. Whoever is coaching that aspect of our game needs replacing. I don't think that can be put at Maher's door as resolute defending makes the game far more narrow.

Sorry about the loss but against a top flying team in form at home 3 - nil all off set pieces is not bad at all. A consolation would have been nice but look forward on this one. Disappointing to let in 3 soft goals after a goaless 1st half. Let's hope we get the rest of the season back on track, get consistency back & reach the play offs. Another excellent vid, thanks for posting. YCFC and their supporters have often been kind to us, especially last year, so I suppose if we have to be heavily defeated then at least it's them doing it. Great video mate. We actually have a great regard for Southend and their supporters. Top tip, never sing "football in a library " to us. We always score when the opposition supporters sing that to us, it's known as the goal song. Good luck for the rest of the season and Merry Christmas 🎅

Shame but the outcome was expected because York are an unbelievable team and are definitely title contenders but the one thing I want to say is this is a learning curve for Southend bc if we want to get promoted next season which obviously we do these are the sought of games that we haven’t got to be winning as such but we have definitely got to be getting something from it so as annoying as it is to see Southend get beat with ease this game is definitely a learning curve in my eyes Great video as always pip have a superb Christmas enjoy it with the kids and hopefully see you on Boxing Day where there should be three points coming our way

When the 4th goal is disallowed, the absolute state of some SUFC fans giving gestures to the home fans. "Aaaaaaah, it's only 3-nil, not 4" 🤣 Full credit to the Shrimpers fans that came up to this one. Fans were class, but you must think there's a curse on York away from the last couple of trips. All the best for the rest of the season, and I hope you're not fighting relegation come April.

Don’t know what happened Southend just couldn’t break Hartlepool down to be fair though I did call a 0-0 draw bc I just knew Hartlepool where going to come to roots hall and defend and that’s exactly what they did but the thing that annoys me is we don’t have that end product everything always has to go through our wingers ( jack bridge ) and I’m sorry but he is so predictable it’s a joke we need someone else that can play along pebble hopefully fingers crossed Charley Kendall can be that person but another point is good I suppose onto Saturday where we play inform York city UTB 💙💙 keep that great work up you 💙
