This also recently happened to me. I lost everything I'd spent years working on. I've filed many appeals to no avail, and nothing has happened. I think I might just give up.

A few months ago my sister lost access to her Roblox account + email and so i decided to contact Roblox support, and after a back and forth where they tell me "Contact your email provider", and then i end up telling them that i did to no avail, after the Roblox moderators retarded ass responses telling me to do the same thing i told them didnt work, they finally decided to tell me that "they could no longer assist me with my concern", and that i should try some of the stuff they said would work, (again the retarded ass moderators with negative iq) and its been 7 months and im still trying to get the account back. I swear talking with Roblox moderators is like trying to talk to an idiot or a baby. And the worst part about it is that roblox will spend millions of dollars on Byron which obviously does the exact fucking opposite then what it was supposed to do, but they can't hire competent moderators. The only time i had hope that Roblox moderators actually type out their whole response to be useful to your own authentic situation was ONE TIME when there was a typo in the message. I'm starting to think there are just a bunch of automated responses already made for them and they just click random ones... there's no authenticity in the responses of the moderators.

Same here 2 of my alts got permanently banned from Roblox because I was constantly going into my alts and apparently Roblox thought that I was sharing my password with my friend or something but I was literally just going into my alts and I really do not want one of my alts that I really like to play on to get permanently banned too I did not have an email nor did I have a phone number and my password is currently the same as my other alts but I am going to make my password different later today because I do not want them to know that the alts that got permanently banned are the same person as the alt that I really like to play on and I am going to add a phone number later today and I have already added an email and can someone please let me whether my main account and the alt that I really like to play on are going to be okay or not

I know it's too late to help this person since it's been a month since this was posted and his 30 days of appealing are most likely over but if your in the same situation like me I hope this comment helps you me and my brothers account were falsely terminated and alt account since roblox likes to terminate people without any evidence. Do your appeals on Appeal for a friend. If you try to appeal for yourself; instead of getting a human response you get a shitty bot response that refuses to believe that you did nothing wrong. spam these appeals. I appealed around 7 times and most of them were npc assholes who said it was the wrong category. Keep on appealing until you find someone who actually reviews your false termination and unbans you. (if multiple of your accounts got banned you have to appeal separately on those too with the email they're connected to. If that account didn't have an email... then your fucked :(

omg bro i got terminated for the same exact reason and i havent done anything i was offline for 2 weeks opened the game today to find out my account is deleted. while i dont really care the problem is this account had 6300 robux which i earned and didnt buy from my game i made which got 250k visits and now its all gone for absolutely no reason

my account got terminated for the same reason too,, i didnt even do that stuff!! i sent a bunch of appeals and they just kept on replying with the same automated message over and over again..

I got the same ban , imma explain how it works: so if you break rules on 3 or more accounts, the accounts will get terminated(alts) and only existing ones will survive for 2-7 days , if you change your email, you will be fine!
