I got deactivated last April because I told them I had to cancel an order that was going to a road that was closed due to an earthquake we had. I sent them proof of the time the event happened etc. they said they would review it and they did and they still said I was deactivated... absolute joke of a company, just like every other gig app they care more about the customer than their workers who sit around all day now and wait for orders because they never until lately put people on a waitlist.. I have gone into the stores that use to shop in for customers and have seen these brutal workers doing the shopping. Also not to mention had a 5.0 rating Over 5000 orders 4 years of work 55 customer favorite shoppers That’s how this company treats people. Remember that

So this year has been kind of bad huh. I was wondering why so many of the drivers steal customers orders. They're literally stealing our groceries. And do you think instacart cares or will help their customers. oh hell no. I look forward to the day they go out of business. some of these people are literally stealing your groceries and instacart backs them, and doesn't give a damn about their customers. it's like ooh wee too bad. I hate Instacart. just a bunch of thieves. If you ever get someone named Mallory in Southern California, don't do it. she's a thief.

I can’t believe what I’m hearing 😂 I just signed up for it and did my first order and it was like $10 😭 17 minute drive only 4 items tho, ik that’s bad but YALL ARE REALLY OUT HERE GETTING 40-100 dollar orders on a regular??? My mom did shipt and the highest she seen was a damn $25 order, AND THAT WAS DURING COVID, does Connecticut really just have the worst luck with these apps??

Go to the rich area. Poor areas tend to not tip and give lower ratings and claim items are missing

I definitely agree on some of these. Well all of them really. But if a customer gives you a 5 star. You are more than likely first to see their order next time. Also I agree with take a batch early. I noticed I have more $200 days when I do.

How does an instacart shopper see a 20 dollar tip for a 200 dollar order 4 miles away?

LOL I do IC on the side and drive a Lex LX470 (Toyota Landcruiser) it can pass and drive over everything but a gas station. So I stick to the low mile and shop only orders lmao
