The Sawtooths never disappoint. Every trip here has always exceeded my expectations. This area is much less crowded than other sections of the Sawtooths. We had our eyes on a basin full of lakes. Leah Lake was the goal. Although we did not get to see others, so we will have to save those for another trip. Leah Lake has one of the best backdrops. The color of the lake was incredible. We floated with our sleeping pads and caught the Perseid meteor shower. It was raining stars!

He explains the cell process of taking the light from the sun from our foods, and the release of that light through our mitochondria. Our mitochondria are 10,000 times more efficient at releasing the light than the sun is in producing it. Mind boggling!
