I have a long list, ready for when I get good weather on my days off from work, some require permission from Network Rail, as I would like to fly within 50 meters of the mainline (though below track bed height, in a valley for at least one).

it's a shame that this is going into disrepair. The canal system could run from Resolven to Briton Ferry then return to Aberdulais over the aquaduct then onto Swansea. It would be huge boost to the tourist economy just as the Brecon and Monmouth canal.

Excellent video really shows the extent of the restoration work & an overall view of the site, A shame that the locomotives are still sitting there.
I am hoping that they will at the very least be repainted and put on display. Do you know what work is planned for the site ? Can't wait to see it finished.
Brilliant! Great to see the extent of the redevelopment of the site including the Laboratory building and the Powerhouse & new visitor centre for Penderyn distillery. Amazing views also of the two remaining engine houses and iconic chimney stacks. Good overview of the whole area. Great Autumn colours too.

A superb video. I have been meaning to do some drone shots of the trees before the wind strip them. Seeing this has prompted me to get out tomorrow. I had an Air 2, but the Mini 2 is a much better option with the freedom to fly almost anywhere. Just renewed my registration. Thanks for posting,
Those locomotives are rusting nicely and who other than Swansea would level part of an historical site to run a bus lane through it!
