I found an easy way, go to home screen press and hold home screen you'll get home settings, click on it go to search setting option then disable swipe up to start search. Thank me later. This is for pixel 7a

I don't see how that's a shortcut. ALT + TAB + CLICK as opposed to just click the task bar icon of the desired program. What I want to know is how to SWITCH TO an app that's running but NOT showing up on the taskbar. There used to be a SWITCH TO feature in Task Manager but I don't find one in windows 11. Any idea how to do that?
