Hey guys! Duskblaze here! And yes, I know. It’s been another month since I last uploaded, and for that I apologize. But ever since I began listening to EPIC The Musical and ever since I heard this song, I knew it was perfect for the scene in A Dangerous Path where Bluestar confronts Fireheart about meeting with Tallstar behind her back. This scene is so dramatic and well executed that I knew I just had to make a speedpaint of it where Fireheart’s Odysseus and Bluestar’s Athena.
Again, I’m sorry for not uploading for a few weeks. School’s really been kicking my butt and I barely have time to draw or think of new ideas. And I have to be honest here.. there were other things I wanted to add to the soeedpaint but I couldn’t find the time to add them if I wanted to get it in by today. And if you’re wondering, I don’t know if I’ll be able to make a speedpaint for Spooky Season, but I’ll see if I can try. My original idea seems like it’ll be a lot to draw, and I don’t know if I’ll be able to find all the character designs for it, so I may have to find something else.

Okay, okay, I know this was long since due, but I really feel like I need to explain parts of the speedpaint if you don't know the context behind it. Warning, these are spoilers for part of "A Dangerous Path", so steer clear or close the description if you don't want to get spoiled.
Alright, are they gone? So, to put it simply, the cracked logos of WindClan (green), StarClan (silvery blue), and ThunderClan (yellow), are all symbols of what's happening in the plot of "A Dangerous Path". The cracked WindClan symbolizes what would've come to pass if Fireheart hadn't asked Tallstar for a peace meeting, dictating that WindClan would've been destroyed if the battle had taken place.
The same can be said for the cracked ThunderClan logo, but there's more to it because, in Bluestar's mind, her faith and trust in her Clan have been shattered because of Tigerclaw's (star's) betrayal back in "Forest of Secrets". She didn't care of her Clan had been destroyed because her mind and thoughts weren't stable at the time and she didn't care for them like she used to.
Again, the same can be said for the cracked StarClan logo, but in that case, Bluestar cut off all ties to their warrior ancestors due to, in her view, having allowed all the bad events in her life to have happened. She blames them for losing her family so soon, losing her mate (Oakheart. Also, read Bluestar's Prophecy to understand, because I won't explain it here,), and for allowing her to give up her kits (Mistyfoot and Stonefur. Mosskit died) to become deputy.
This is why I made all three of those logos cracked in the final piece.
And yeah, some of you may think that I should've added RiverClan because it might've also affected Mistyfoot and Stonefur, but in that subplot, RiverClan wasn't even mentioned, and Mistyfoot and Stonefur didn't know that Bluestar was their mother, so it wouldn't have done anything at all. And RiverClan was just a minor group in the overall plot with the dogs. But this is just my viewpoint on it and if you disagree with me, there's no problem with that. I just wanted to give you all the context behind why I made the three logos cracked in the art.
