Amazing work on this! This song has always blown my mind and this is such a solid cover of it :) If you don't mind me asking, how the hell are you counting that phrase at 0:38? I can just about play it but i can't figure out what's actually going on rhythmically there.
I'm curious how you even begin to approach transcribing a song like this

great work ! love mouse on the Keys And AAL two of my favorite bands ATM they both excel at making very technical music sound absolutely wonderful and organic natural . on the metal end there's Candiria Ken Shaulck is awesome and Into the moat check them out they have very unique drumming styles
thanks! I love both of those bands as well - so I will take your recommendation to check out Candiria and Into the Moat. If you like mouse on the keys you might like Toe too one of these days I'm going to get around to doing a Toe cover, they also have an amazing natural organic sound :)
