I'm struggling to understand the point of hayate. It has the same detection range as shim. Same torp range and reload time. Etc. Basically a shim with 1 less torp bank and 1 more useless gun turret

It is suck It has bad armor so u can't get close to anything [Cleveland can citadel it] It has bad dispersion so it can't really snipe
Stay at long range for most of the game The guns hit hard when they do hit Iff u can use an island to sneak up on something Constellation has excellent damage output but staying undetected is key
