I really struggle to be patient enough to even finish one xD so don't be too hard on yourself :3

​@@violett_colors3645 Thank you. Yeah it's really hard to be patient or even have the time to do the art we wish to do and fulfill our dreams. I've had times in the past when people said I should just give up on my art but I kept pushing on and I do my best to encourage others to keep going with their talents and never give up on their dreams. I'm young and I've already survived 3 heart attacks so I'm doing my best to fulfill my dreams just in case I don't live very long in this world. I hope your art goes far because if it ever becomes a book, I would very much buy a copy.

Canonly.. sadly no, but I do ship them myself xD partly because Renfield's song in the Dracula Musical "the masters song" is heavily heavily homoerotic, and even in the book he is really fangirling about his master... so this version is too.

​@@violett_colors3645 there's a Dracula movie where those homosexual.. overtones are even stronger! It's from 1931 and the bite scene was so homoerotic they had to replace it with a fade to black, which turned out even more homoerotic!

Well, his parasite messes with his mind and making him believe it is his boyfriend for easier manipulation, and since Lucifer is a hopeless romantic and still very naive, he never questions it. In reality this thing feeds on his memories so even if he somehow get‘s to remove it, he had his parasite patron for so long, that every fiber of his mind, memories, personality ect will be erased with it.

As someone who has DMed Curse of Strahd, I concur. Its a fun module, both as a player and a DM, if you love your gothic horror tropes. Although when one of my players wanted to be an undead warlock, they specifically asked that their patron be a vampire on Strahd's shit list. I did some digging into the Ravenloft lore after they picked an NPC that fit that description, and we figured out some "how'd the PC get their contract" Sort of deal. It was fun because the PC was also a dhampir, made by his patron on accident, and his patron was trying to take responsibility by teaching him dope warlock stuff. The tone we were aiming for these two was "tail end of a slow burn romance" and I am SO GLAD the other players were on board with the dynamic. I had to stop DMing long term for health reasons, but I still look fondly onto that campaign.

Alright, buckle up, this is gonna be a long one xD Renfield was born in a common family and was forced to marry a girl from the neighborhood. They both hated each other since the beginning and over time things got worse. He wanted to travel around but she wanted to stay in a proper home and have a family, and the arguments usually escalated. She took it too far once, and he ended up killing her dog and almost her in a fit of blind rage, but she escaped and got him locked up in an asylum where he stayed for 5 years, with regular attempts to break out. In his final attempt he burned down the majority of the asylum. During his stay he met a former officer from the erlachi empire, a military empire who wanted to cleanse the world from the sickness they called life and find salvation in becomming undead. The officer who took a liking of him and taught him a few things along the way dissapeared in the flames and with nowhere else to go, Renfield made his way to the empire and joined the army. After a few more years of service he became an officer himself. That's when he meet the vampire noble who was known under the name "the red swan". Seeing as the whole "Dying for honor and maybe be ressurected as a mindless zombie" wasn't Renfields thing, he arranged a pact with the vampire to turn him into a vampire himself when he has proven himself worthy. He also developed a weird theory that eating living creatures would make it possible to consume their lifeforce and speed up the process of gaining eternal life, as he asumed that's why vampires consume blood. It was later proven wrong, but that didn't stop him from eating living insects, small animals and later even humans. A few years after that he along with some other fellow officers got send on a mission to claim the artifact known as Mystras Heart to gain more power for the empire. What started out as a simple mission quickly turned out to end in war as multiple other empires and powerful beings all wanted the heart for their own. At this point his patron also stated his interest in the artifact to replace the emperor of the erlachi and rule himself. Renfield followed his order, even gaining a shard of the artifact for his master but when the final battle came, the artifact exploded into a supernova-kinda fashion and asumably destroyed their dimension. Luckily his patron who was standing nearby was able to planeshift just in time, taking Renfield and Krassius Kuro, a fellow officer with him into the world of Grim Hollow. Here they teamed up with another vampire to become a part of the vampire council in Ostoya. They also discovered the paralel versions of themselves, Renfield being a highranking but pretty rude plaguedoctor and Krassius being a more or less successful playwright with pieces like Sergey Wick, James Bard and later inspired by Renfield and Krassius themselves "The Bat-Man". Currently they are besieging the mansion of another vampire, who is also trying to get the free spot in the council as a member mysteriously died (cough cough). @@alexandrelessard7168 That is because we started in a different campaign which sadly ended so my bf and I continued the storyline in a different setting, which is why there are no other members of the team left 😅

​@@aquariusrose5621 Oh, this was just his contract and him gaining certain gravetouched features, like no need for air, food or water, the actual transformation happened waay later 😅(in game it took him a decade)
