Loosely based off the 1995 film Gamera: Guardian Of The Universe, and released for the Super Famicom (Japanese Super Nintendo Entertainment System) the same year, Gamera: Gyaos Destruction Strategy also known as Gamera: Gyaosu Gekimetsu Sakusen (ガメラ ギャオス撃滅作戦) in Japan, pits you in the role of a military commander as you try to position units, evacuate key personal, protect cities and lure Gamera into traps. But when his arch-nemesis Gyaos awakens and goes on a rampage of her own, Gamera may become an unlikely ally. Be warned though, just like the films of the daikaiju genre, you can't kill the monsters.
